Staff was every efficient, friendly, welcoming. I gave 4 stars only because I remember this sandwich from its introduction in the market and the meat portion was proportionate for the pita bread. Although the sandwich was delicious, it was 2/3 bread to 1/3 meat. In other words, the meat was lost in the bread. This is not a service issue; probably a corporate issue to downsize the amt of meat/pita. If the pita was proportionate to the meat served, it would be a 'child-size' sandwich!! AND corporate would have to charge 1/2 the current price b/c NOONE would want to pay THAT PRICE for PITA BREAD! It's a sandwich I would order again for its flavor, however is this a case of now having to pay extra for the appropriate balance of meat--really!? I will definitely visit this Arby's once more but will I again have to ask the question...

I was repeatedly sighed at over the speaker and after everything single thing ordered. I was asked, it's that all. I have a large family and I have children. It takes a few minutes to get everything that everyone wants. I was extremely unhappy with the service at the speaker. I will say the service at the window was better. The gentleman was frustrated and I get it. I will also say, as a manager in fast food. This falls on the GM. Trying to staff a store can be rough. But the management staff needs to lead by example. If short staffed, pitch in and pick up a shift... The food was well prepared and very good. Thanks...
Read moreFilthy - I was there around 1pm on Saturday, March 4th. The only good thing about this visit was the young guy who took our order. He was extremely friendly. We were the only ones in the restaurant and the drive-thru was slow. Once we got our food we had a really hard time finding someplace to sit. Almost all of the tables were dirty. Again, the place was empty. We finally found a table and wiped off the crumbs. 10 minutes later, another couple came in and had the same problem. Very poor management to allow this....
