Taco Bell — Restaurant in Pleasanton

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed a mobile order. Went to the location with already trouble, they messed up two orders in a row meanwhile not having orders ready for people waiting 10+ minutes everytime someone complained about their order being wrong at least 2 people were trying to solve the issue or just walking around not making food. I heard one of the workers say my name while looking at the order board. Meanwhile my order wasn't being prepared at all. I got a notification that my order was ready for pickup at the counter. ( I was standing there the whole time which had already been 15 minutes). my order was not ready....I continued to wait. I went up and asked a worker and he said my order was not on their board. Which is insane I talked to the manager and he told me my order wasn't made even though I was showing him the confirmation. They looked on the register for mobile orders and re printed the order and made it. Of course after all of that they missed an item off of my order. The worst experience that I've ever had in a food joint. I'm going to have to go all the way back there in order to get a refund...

Probably the worst taco bell I've ever been to. It's not even my first time here, I should've learned my lesson the first time this place gave me terrible food.

They couldn't hear me over the speaker, the chicken was extremely burnt, they gave me the wrong sauces and I had to go in and ask for more. When I did go inside for bell sauce they said they were out, then I asked for honey mustard, they said they were out, so I just asked for more ranch sauce and he reluctantly went to the back and came out with... Surprise! Bell sauce.

Lying because they just want me to go away is the only way I can interpret that given the context of all the other horrible aspects of this visit.

The cherry on top is that all the sauces had cuts in them. Health hazard and shouldn't take someone with enough reasoning capacity to see that and not hand it...

Went through the drive thru tonight at 11:00pm. My order was quite simple but the lady inside could not understand it no matter how many different ways I said it. A #2 supreme with a sprite. 2 crunchy tacos and a Mexican pizza. When she repeated the order it was more then 50% incorrect. I tried to explain multiple ways that there should be a total of 5 tacos and a Mexican pizza. She still could not grasp it. After telling her we should start over she finally got the order right. Then I get to the hotel and go to pull the soft shells tacos out the bag and they placed the tacos upside down so when I grab them they slide out the wrapper and end up all over the bottom of the bag. I definitely feel they did it deliberately. I would not recommend using this Taco Bell. I would personally drive an extra 20 minutes to get to...
