Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Plymouth Charter Township

First time ordering, first time using Uber Eats. Food: way over priced for what I got. Chicken Quesadilla - I have NEVER paid over $10 for one, but this was over $13 for 2, YES, 2 small pieces!! Side of chips that I couldn't eat due to all of the chunky pieces of salt on them. The burrito bowl was nah- the only good thing on it was the rice and black beans. Not worth $15! Now, the Uber Eats driver: I got an email saying my order was to be delivered by 12:26. At 12:23, he's texting me, telling me to call the restaurant because they are always behind. I said, it's ok, it's my first time ordering, and I'm not in a hurry. He says: well, I am! This is how I make my money SIR! So, I caught him when he delivered, and he saw that I was NOT a sir, and I told him that I did not appreciate what he did! So if I could give my entire experience a negative number, I would! Food with delivery and a good tip was over $50! Never again! Taco Bell is better than...

I’ve been to so many Chipotle locations when traveling, and this is the only one where the night shift constantly claims they’ve “run out” of food — well before closing time. It’s incredibly frustrating as a customer. The poor person at the register gets screamed at while the kitchen staff flat-out refuses to make more food. It honestly feels like they just want to shut down early and avoid doing their jobs.

On top of that, while I couldn’t hear the exact words, it really seemed like the staff were being rude to each other behind the counter. That kind of tension creates a bad atmosphere and makes the entire experience uncomfortable to witness.

This can’t be good for the company’s bottom line — customers are walking out with no food, upset, and probably not coming back. Upper management should seriously go undercover during a night shift and see what’s happening firsthand. This location needs...

Great food with great service!

This is my second visit to this location. I ordered the Chicken Bowl with white rice, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, and Queso. It was made well and tasted good!

The employees were very friendly and worked as a team. Observed an employee who was ensuring that her coworker was able to complete a checklist.

The location was clean and organized. The lobby was clean as well. Even the kitchen area seemed like it was in good shape.

I would highly recommend this location to anyone who loves great food and service...
