If I could give Andy’s Diner & Pub more than five stars, I absolutely would. This place is a true gem near Philadelphia (Conshohocken, PA) and one of those rare restaurants that checks every single box: quality, affordability, atmosphere, and service. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and friendliness that feels genuine. The staff here go above and beyond, not only making you feel welcome but treating you like family. It’s rare to find a team so consistently attentive, upbeat, and caring; every server I’ve had at Andy’s has been nothing short of incredible. The menu is extensive without being overwhelming, and what really stands out is the value. Everything is very generously portioned, deliciously prepared, and shockingly affordable compared to other places in the area. Whether you’re in the mood for classic diner comfort food, a hearty pub-style meal, or even lighter fare, you’ll find it here, and you’ll leave satisfied without breaking the bank. It’s also one of the most family-friendly restaurants around. Kids are genuinely welcomed, not just tolerated, and the relaxed atmosphere makes it easy for everyone to enjoy themselves. At the same time, adults can appreciate the full-service pub side, which balances things perfectly. Clean, comfortable, and inviting, Andy’s feels like a community hub where everyone can find something to love. I’ve been to plenty of diners and pubs in and around Philly, but none manage to combine affordability, quality, and hospitality the way Andy’s does. If you’re anywhere near Philadelphia and you haven’t tried Andy’s Diner & Pub yet, you’re missing out on one of the area’s true treasures. This is the kind of place you’ll want to return to again and again.

I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. The owner (woman) couldn't catch her name from the continuous times she hung up on me. I am in a difficult time in my life, right now. Today I chose to treat myself to one of my what I used to call it "favorites." I ordered a 40 dollar order through Grubhub today, 8 dollars for tip. I ordered my GO TO MEAL. The fried egg sandwich DELUX. I asked several times in the order if they could add a tomato. It's a tomato. It's not that serious. This meal also as you can see comes with MACARONI SALAD, COLESLAW, AND A PICKLE. when my meal arrived there was no tomato, or any part of the meal. When I called instead of just apologizing and coming up with a solution, THE OWNER, she accused me of lying. When I offered a screen shot of my meal she hung up on me. I tried to call back 3 times, and she just kept picking up the phone and hanging it up. YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT A PERSON IS GOING THROUGH and I hope when you go to bed tonight, you sit there and think about how you couldn't even SPARE A TOMATO that a regular to your restaurant paid for. You basically stole my money and made it to where my family couldn't enjoy their meal because I refuse to no longer stick up for myself when a person does something wrong. I appreciate you finally letting my boyfriend come and pick up the food, and saying your finally sorry TO HIM. But you treated ME poorly and instead of saying sorry to me?? You continued to hang up on me. We will not be returning. I want to say thank you to the gentleman who picked up the phone who was polite but unfortunately he doesn't make the decisions.

New to the area and I've always passed this diner. I was a little leery to go in a restaurant during the pandemic but the family was celebrating a birthday and didn't want to stay in. Took a drive to this diner and I must say, I couldn't have been happier! The atmosphere is adorable. Vintage toy cars all around. Iconic singers and music instruments lined the wall. I loved it. Now the food... Nothing to say but DELICIOUS!! I was not disappointed from start to finish. The wait staff is super friendly! Was even fortunate to meet the owner, Rona; she is a beautiful and sweet young lady. She and the staff were very accommodating. Started off the meal with cheese fries and extra cheese. No disappointment there. Nice steak fries. The table ordered for our meals a Reuben, a Chicken Ceasar Wrap and lastly Liguini Carbonara. All were very good! Due to a Birthday celebration the owner was generous enough to allow the birthday person have a choice dessert. That choice was chocolate cheesecake. The slice was very healthy. Large enough for 3 people to share and still have some left over. The chocolate was amazing. The cheesecake was nice and rich. All in all. I will be making a return trip!

We have been going to Andy’s for years. We’ve recommended and bring family and friends here when they visit. But sadly tonight will probably be our last with no exaggeration. I’ve noticed the past couple of visits the food is not as good as it used to be and the staff is WAY less friendlier. Not just the ones servicing our table. Noting- all the great ones aside from 2 aren’t there anymore. Management has seemed to change several times the past couple years, unsure but over all the atmosphere and quality has definitely changed with it. So tonight just tipped it off. I usually stick to breakfast and sometimes get just the salad bar, but I had a craving for spaghetti so gave it a try. It was served cold, meatballs tasted vegan & were hard but worst of all they definitely watered down the sauce…could have complained but working in food service I chalked it up to a bad night for them and let it go as I’m not a complainer and definitely didn’t want to spoil me & my husband’s night or seem ungrateful. Might I add- our server seemed angry and scary so was afraid of his reaction to be honest. On top of that he never returned to refill or even ask, our drinks. So when he saw what he thought us being finished then came over and asked if we wanted dessert (I had already started with dessert & a coffee as I always do 😋) he aggressively said- “you had dessert, he didn’t” meaning my husband. It could have been a joke but later I knew why it wasn’t. But I did ask for a refill & a box. He returns with a box and NO refill and asked to take our card for payment like he was done with us.. this has never happened before- we were always welcomed or offered refills and paid up front. However, ok, being helpful.. we sign the receipt and leave a 15% tip in cash as I never take it out on a server the taste of food & even figured maybe he’s having a bad night- let’s just not let it ruin anything and just go. This highly Rude embarrassing waiter shouts at us as my husband is still spending money there by playing the gambling machines- “here is 20% tip not $5.00!” Instead of insulting him & his service back I simply asked where it stated this and he walks away. This was done in front of management whom ignored the whole thing. We continued to play and almost left without saying anything but more because I felt ashamed I stopped on our way out to ask the cashier if they were the manager and after he stated he was I asked if he heard his server shout at me. He answered he didn’t shout- this is his voice…but anyone who knows this diner we were sitting at the machines and he shouted from next to the register so…I said ok, then could you please show me where you require a 20% gratuity. He states- “its usually this way” now I’m not being cheap. $5 was 15% of our bill and going to 20 is usually for exceptional service and I explained to him why we chose not to this night and that it wasn’t right to shame us for it. He said next time if you don’t like the food please complain. And only apologized for not being asked for refills like this type of behavior was ok. This more saddened me then upset me as this has always been “Our Spot” for date night enjoying the coffee, cakes and atmosphere. Everything and everyone else has gone way down hill. In fact, usually the parking lot is so full we sometimes pass on going in until next time- but lately it hasn’t been that way,, maybe...

The food is bad, frozen fries, it just doesn't taste good, its mediocre at best you can find somewhere better to eat somewhere else, you're better off going to wawa. Its always a disappointment, I go in sometimes because I like the ambiance, its spacious and quiet, I try to get something on the menu that can't be messed up but all of it is bad so far, the tomatoes are soggy, the cheese tastes like its old or super processed, the fries are frozen, I mean seriously? Can you not cut potatoes for decent fries? Its just cheap ingredients and its frustrating because I don't come out to spend money on tipping waitresses for sad food. The service is wonderful and the waitresses are pleasant ALWAYS but the ingredients are just disgusting, the owner must be cheap. Do better, hold yourself to a higher standard, I want to change my review. I want you to be a good resturant, ive lived here my entire life, so just... hold yourself to a higher standard please, I have to basically force myself to walk into your resturant in hopes that maybe I can find something decent to eat on your menu but I'm actually scared of what I'm gonna get when I order. The bacon was undercooked, I mean, isn't it always? I'd rather have overcooked bacon than undercooked... seriously ticket times mean nothing if the food is disgusting. I've been here more than once and I've returned after normally bad experiences, I am a hopeful person, so on a desperate night I will most likely find myself back in this pathetic diner, but at this point I don't even have expectations anymore. This place sucks, if you work here you need to seriously consider finding a more respectable place to work, after reading other reviews, obviously they aren't doing anything different so just sell the place to someone who will put such a prime location to good use, conshohocken deserves better than this atrocious diner. Just build a super wawa here. Waste of space. I don't even feel bad for the review anymore. You're a cheap resturant, you're 24/7 and always dead quiet. Don't think its because of the pandemic. Its the cheap food, its the cheap owner. The concept is cool, the service is great, the place is spacious, it seems clean, its cozy and quiet. Theres nothing bad about it, except for the main feature, the food. What a waste. A crying...

I attempted to eat here on Friday November 22, 2013. I waited a few days to write the review to give myself time to step back and try to be more objective. I arrived at just after 6:30 PM On a Friday and decided to sit at the bar, which I often do as business traveler and find it better to be at the bar where there is a TV and perhaps someone to talk to. And usually I get faster service, which is what I wanted this day. I wanted to grab a quick meal and head back to the hotel. I waited a few minutes to get a menu which is understandable, especially since the bartender was also serving a section of tables in the restaurant. After a few minutes of looking over the menu I ordered the Gyro Platter (@ 6:44 PM I know the time because I was using my phone to access Facebook and looked at the time right after I ordered) which comes with a Greek salad. Then I waited and waited and waited. After about 20 minutes I asked the bartender about my food as I still had not even received my Greek salad. @7:13 I received what was supposed to be a Greek salad, but it had no dressing of any kind. I did not see the waitress/bartender for about 5 minutes, so I put on my coat and headed for the door. The waitress/bartender saw me and asked what was wrong. I explained that I had waited half hour just to get a salad and then it was not correct and I was not going to leave any of my hard earned money at this poor excuse of diner. First thing she did was go look at my salad, like I was going to lie about there being no dressing. Then she came back and apologized and said the kitchen was behind and made a mistake. I said I still was leaving but wanted to talk to the manager. After waiting about 5 minutes to talk to the manager. I could see him walk around the diner, but I was his last priority. He said the waitress told him what had happened and all he said was sorry. He made no offer to try to make things better and I felt that he did not care if I left with such a negative experience. So after 45 minutes all I had was an empty stomach and a heaping helping of frustration. I have no idea of the quality of the food because I never tasted it. My recommendation is...
