If I wouldn't have waited to make this review after my second time going here, and wrote it after my first time which was on their second opening day I would have given it a 5 stars review, but after the hype died down the truth came to light. I had come on their second opening day standing in line for 2 hours, everything was great came back same day and everything was pretty good. Came back the next day and it took a steep decline. Firstly the workers here seem to be very friendly, some are more quite or straightforward which is fine. The problem lies in the products. When I came on my second day here I had ordered two sandwiches, a coffee, and some cupcakes. Cupcakes were alright at best, stereotypical over sweet and messy cupcake that is the craze now a days, and the coffee was alright. But the sandwiches is where it really fell apart, apon ordering we are made aware that on their TECHNICALLY third day open they had ran out of all cream cheeses except veggie and ran out of bacon, and apon receiving our altered sandwiches I look to see that they no longer double wrap the sandwiches like the days prior. Don't go above and beyond what you truly are capable of on your opening days to just to let down expectations the next day. How can you run out of staple items within first week!?! May be back but will give it a while to see how things settle.

Update: have been back a couple of times now and things get worse everytime. The sandwiches all have a weird smell to them, the Asiago bagels have almost no cheese on them. The showcases are almost always half empty or mainly empty, not that they ran out more that they didn't put anything out and had limited options. Everytime I've been there they only have one employee that is getting food, preparing food, and doing cash register as well. All in all it just seems like it there to overcharge for mediocre food and drinks and not really do anything new or different...

Update Dec 2022: As you can see from my original post about cupcake station I’ve been getting these cupcakes for years and more frequently than an average person should. The cupcakes are still good but no longer are my favorite. I saw they repeatedly state to have kept the size and recipes but it doesn’t look like it or taste like it. In fact their claims are more frustrating than anything. It’s ok that they are different but they ARE different. They have gotten smaller for sure heck the 6 I got yesterday some were significantly smaller than others even in that batch. The frosting is much sweeter even to the point I couldn’t finish it and frosting is what makes a cupcake for me. Winter mint is still my favorite cupcake ever but all the rest are just like any other specialty bakery which is a huge downgrade than the best in the 6 states. The price increase is understandable and wouldn’t have bothered me if I was getting the quality I got before. I will continue to get cupcakes but not like I used to. I will say their apple pie donuts are incredible! Just really missing my cupcakes!

This has always been my favorite cupcakes and I can safely say I’ve tried over 60 cupcake shops throughout 4 states. When I found out my Newborn has a dairy intolerance and I had to say goodbye to sweets I was a little upset. Then I remember my favorite cupcake place has vegan cupcakes! They are incredible!! I think I like the vegan vanilla frosting even more than the regular one!! So delicious! Thank you Cupcake Station for...

UM WHAT?? I went here on a whim because my mom brought it up for us to try out. It’s in downtown Plymouth which is such a charming little area, and this place only adds to the charm.

There’s a huge variety of cupcakes, so I recommend getting there earlier in the day so they don’t run out of some flavors. I test a bakery by its vanilla and it’s chocolate cake. I got the vanilla petal, the chocolate lovers, and a mini party time (another vanilla with softer buttercream and sugar sprinkles), salted caramel chocolate, southern red velvet, and a chocolate strawberry cheesecake.

Mind did not compute. The vanilla and the chocolate were the best I have ever had. In fact, I immediately started looking for how I can get this at my future wedding. My mom also got a breakfast sandwich and said it was amazing. My little one loves the cheesecake. If I had a complaint it would be that red velvet ain’t red velvet. It was just chocolate cake it seemed and y’all know there’s a little something else to red velvet.

I went back again maybe a week after and still good. Then I got some for my birthday shortly after. I will probably find as many chances to come back here and try new things. The peanut butter is delicious! Even the ice water is good. It’s a bit pricey for a cupcake but worth it. Come here to treat yourself - you...

I went here a few days ago and I had a pretty good experience. The inside is super cute and spacey along with multiple different bakery items to chose from. First item I had was the strawberry ice cream which was basic but delicious. Next I had the fruity pebble donut which was tasty but I was expecting a stronger fruity pebble flavor. Lastly I had two different cupcakes to try: the Lemon Lust Cupcake and the Southern Red Velvet Cupcake. The lemon lust cupcake was very good- the lemon flavor was strong and the frosting wasn’t overpowering. On the other hand I didn’t quite enjoy the red velvet. I know most people say that red velvet and chocolate cake are the same but to me there is a very clear distinction because I don’t enjoy chocolate cake but I do enjoy red velvet and with this cupcake I don’t think there was a difference. The cupcake was clearly chocolate and the only thing that made it seem like red velvet was the red cake sprinkles on top. The frosting on the cupcake was good but I wish the cake actually tasted like red velvet. Overall the prices are nice and I would go back to try another of their many different cupcake selections!

I was in Plymouth, MI on a business trip. On the recommendation from the staff at The Makeup Loft, I had to try the Apple Cider Slush from Bakehouse 46 below to the left of the Loft's stairs and entrance. This place is stylish and clean, yet cozy. I was amazed at the variety of baked offerings in their cases. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. I ordered a simple Cinnamon Sugar (Cider) Donut along with the Apple Cider Slush for a late breakfast - both were quite tasty and comforting. If I had more time in Plymouth/Canton, I would definitely try one of their Bagel Sammies the next time. And, yes, I would make the time to return to Bakehouse 46 in Plymouth in the near future.

This place is so yummy! I came in on a Saturday afternoon and it was packed, line out the door and all the tables taken. Very nice display when you walk in with nice lighting and all the pretty cupcakes in the cases. It was my husbands birthday so I got a dozen cupcakes, which was not cheap. But I chose every one different and they were so fun to try! They also had these donuts that I also got, a cinnamon sugar cider donut and a peanut butter and jelly donut, both was delicious, and I didn’t get pictures of them. We will be back, even just for a little treat!
