Awful experience. I went inside to use the bathroom & order my food. Only to hear while going #1 "Did someone just walk in?" Then an employee knocked on the door moments later as I shouted "Just a moment" as I fished utilizing the restroom. I then hear a response "were not open". I say "ok I'm almost done" as I began to wash my hands & then I walk out & thank the employee for allowing me to use the restroom. As I exit the building not only does she ignore me but forces me out in a highly uncomfortable manor. I will not be back to this burger King after this occurrence as well as afterwards I proceeded to go through the drive though as I did expect to order food from the beginning. I order a bacon & egg croissant no cheese (had to repeat myself multiple times) I then ordered a breakfast burrito junior no chez no sauce (also repeated multiple times) only to receive cheese on the burrito as well as cold hashbrown bites & I than received a new one with the attitude as if I did something to bother the cashier. Then said "may I have picante salsa" received one packet.. this time I asked "may I have some more picante salsas" the response was "I'll give you one more". For how much money I spend at burger King on the regular & highly favor burger King over other burgers I will not be returning to this location anytime soon. If you do not care about attitude in a CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU 😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆 I hope the ladies working today learn to treat people better or find a job where it doesn't matter how you...
Read moreMy husband and I stopped here a month or so ago, as it was on our way home from work. I ordered a Whopper, and couldn’t eat it because it was undercooked (medium rare to rare). We had already left the restaurant, so I just threw the sandwich away. I do not mess with undercooked beef from fast food restaurants. We tried to give them another shot today. I ordered another Whopper, and again it was undercooked! We all know fast food restaurants aren’t exactly the cleanest places and the workers usually don’t follow food safety practices as strictly as they should, and I really worry this location is going to make someone sick! Not only that, but the flavor of the whopper is just not right when it’s undercooked. Before these 2 experiences, all of the whoppers I’ve eaten in my 32 years have always been well done. So I don’t think this location is following normal Burger King protocol/practices. I will not be returning to this location, which is unfortunate. The lady who took our order was very nice and pleasant, and I was even able to get a...
Read moreEdit October 2023: It seems this Burger King has done a 180 from my original review. We've been there a few times in the past few weeks and the service is always friendly and the food is always hot. No more complaints. I'd recommend this place now.
Edit (7 months later): We stopped in again. All the food was good. The food was hot and the service was good. Maybe they've cleaned up their act. (Original review below) Not the best Burger King. And given that there are few, if any, decent Burger Kings, that is saying something. We went through the drive thru and I ordered a large onion ring and two 10 pc chicken nuggets. They managed to get two of the items in the bag. (They forgot one nuggets). I didn't notice until I was home. The food I did get was cold. We went back two days later (it's a long story) and I got onion rings which were again, cold. The only redeeming feature is that the employees are nice to you while taking your money for food you don't get. I won't be going back as there is one that is nearly as close in the...
