My kids received Chick-fil-A gift cards for Christmas this year, so we decided to stop by the Plymouth location for lunch. This location had recently bought a restaurant that had closed, so it was fairly new. We couldn't eat inside, let alone order inside because they opened before they were fully ready, apparently. The drive-through was long and there were no menus in place to look at, just teens with tablets. I'm not sure if this is the norm for Chick-fil-A restaurants, but since we hadn't been to one before we didn't know what to order nor were we aware of prices. I was asked what I wanted and I replied, "I have no idea, there are no menus!" The teen looked bewildered and walked away to retrieve a laminated menu and handed it to me. Why wouldn't you have menus like every other fast food restaurant??!! We ordered 2 adult meals and one kid's meal. When we drove up to the place where we pay and are handed our food it was awkward because people had to walk out to us and they weren't wearing jackets or clothes appropriate for a Minnesota winter. We were handed our food, but they forgot the kid's meal and they gave us an additional beverage that we didn't order. We were told to pull ahead and wait until they corrected their mistake. We had never been to a Chick-fil-A restaurant before and I must say for the prices we paid we were disappointed with the sandwich sizes and especially disappointed with the two chicken strips in the kid's meal because they were so small (my daughter didn't care for them either).
All in all, they opened the restaurant before they were ready, in my opinion and the management needs to equip the cashiers with coats or at least warmer clothes if they're going to make them walk outside every minute. I'm not the kind of person to complain, but this was such a weird experience and I don't know if I'll be giving them more business especially when Raising Cane's is so...
Read moreSuper upset that today when I went here for lunch, they refused a special request. I eat here several times a week, not always at this location, but due to a gluten allergy that my boss suffers, this is her favorite place to eat. Anyway, I have been enjoying their veggie wrap, and order it often, but I don't care for their multi-grain tortilla, so I ask to have it in a flour tortilla, which they serve their breakfast wrap in. Every other Chick-fil-A has substituted for me with no problem, but not Plymouth. When I asked the cashier, she told me she would check with the front manager, and she talked two 2 people, neither of whom would address me personally, and she came back and told me (which I also overheard, since they were only standing a few feet away) the answer was no. I said I didn't understand, because it had been done at other Chick-fil-As, but she said they were prewrapped and it was too much work. I didn't really understand that, and wanted to post this review because if it can be done at one location, it can be done everywhere! Obviously, they don't care about good customer service at this location. Will not be...
Read moreDisgusting service. As a dasher, I would never eat anywhere - where they treat Doordash drivers poorly. I'm disheartened writing this because this Chick-Fil-A used to be one of my favorite places to pick up orders. They were always very friendly, courteous, professional, and timely with my orders. Now every time I go in to pick up an order, there could be literally 10 people gathered behind the counter, and not one person will even look at me, much less come help me, ask who i'm picking up for. So I have to resort to waving my hands frantically to get their attention. A few times lately, when they do finally help me, they will get the order bagged up and ready to go and then just leave it there and walk away. Terrible, rude people. Doordash Drivers are still customers, and it's very sad to be treated so poorly. I would avoid this location, it doesn't even deserve 1 star. The way they treat their customers is likely a reflection of the way manangement treats their...
