To other brides or anyone looking to book them for an event, beware that their communication and response time is terrible. Over the course of 3 months, I sent three e-mails and between my fiancé and I, we called the store about 8-10 times hoping to learn if our wedding date was available. I never received a response by e-mail, and the store employees were always kind and apologetic, but told us we would need to talk to the manger/owner, who wasn't physically in the store when we would call. They were always surprised to hear that we haven't received any communication. I left my phone number with a request for a call back from the manager numerous times, and I never got a call. We also placed an order for the ice cream cart via the website, our credit card was charged, but still received no communication other than a confirmation e-mail. When you book the event cart on their website, it never asks you what your event date is, so no way to ensure they are available even though you are giving them your money. I continued to call the store and got lucky one time, as the owner happened to be in, I waited on hold for 5-10 minutes so that I could speak with them, the owner then told me my event date was unavailable. I did not receive an apology or explanation for the lack of response over the course of 3 months. We've reached out to 4 other companies since then, who all got back to us within 2-3 days with an answer and quote. Funny enough, after all of this, I did get an e-mail back in response to my very first inquiry e-mail from December, stating my event date is available and they sent along rate information. I had to kindly remind them that no, my date is not available, per my conversation with the owner earlier in the week. Please save yourself a headache and...

As someone who is lactose intolerant and always looking for a sweet treat. This is done pretty well as far as sorbet. They had a Red Bull sorbet that was excellent. Closest I could say was it was kind of like bubblegum ice cream without the bubble gum. My son of course loves the shakes with fresh fries. Overall good experience although it is a bit expensive. Considering a pint is going to cost you $8 where you go to a grocery store and get a point for four of Ben & Jerry's It seems a bit high. I'm sure profitability and cost of materials is something to do with it but as a consumer I'm going to say expensive. Add in the policy of no free samples and it seals the deal.

The employees are friendly and ready to serve. You most likely run into a lot of families and kids. They have games around that you can take out and play. There is no Wi-Fi so don't look at it as a spot where you may want to work from or do a project that requires internet access. Unless you want a hot spot it yourself.

You could have a dog outside the door sometimes in the summer they have a big tent with tables underneath and you could sit out there with a puppy. They don't allow dogs inside and don't really have anything catered to dogs. Personally I think having some kind of a dog ice cream or puppy cup would be a great idea. But maybe in the future.

Update: Just returned, December of 2022 to give them another try. Unfortunately wasn't worth it. My review would be almost identical. The service was good, and the only thing I'd compliment. The fries themselves aren't even as good as fries from any fast food place, and I could smell in the air the fryer oil was off. Incredibly disappointing for a place where half their gimmick is fries.

Additionally, they don't do samples of their ice cream, which seems like a backwards policy for a place that changes their flavors regularly. Instead of risking my food sensitivities, I again had to forego ice cream myself.

Original: Mostly went here for the specialty fries. We tried chili cheese and pizza fries, and they weren't that special. All the toppings just tasted like cheap canned stuff. It was OK, but no better than lower priced stuff from any fast food place.

Can't speak about the ice cream, I didn't have any myself. The family seemed to...

The cozy place to enjoy the ice cream! ( I didn't try any savory food, so this review is only for ice cream.) Tried Golden and salty caramel, the Golden with the vanilla flavor is tasty. Not super sugary taste too which is nice. The salty caramel is nice, but the salt inside didn't get mixed enough. So, my first bite was... sweet with caramel flavor. But after I gave in many bites, the salty flavor spread out in my mouth. It sounds absurd...but if you like a more salty flavor... they provide a salty pack... I tried it ... And I think it made my salty caramel ice cream get upgraded! Oh. I ordered homemade cone, the homemade cone is crispy waffle taste. Love it! I pretty recommend try with the cone! I would definitely visit again! The service is great as well! Good place to hang out with friends with some ice cream! Overall, I recommend this place!

Cool little spot in a laid back part of town. They have unqiue flavors and friendly staff that create an inviting environment. Pretty fair prices compared to what I have paid for ice cream recently. There is seating inside and out as well. There was something about this place that made it have this uplifting atmosphere to it. I feel that it was probably a mix of nice staff and friendly people. I tried the cookie monster and a chocolate caramel heath ice cream. The chocolate one was flavored nicely, but I didn't notice any caramel or heath, it was a bit more icey, and melted quicker. The cookie monster did have oreo and cookie dough that was easily distinguishable though and it was smoother. Pretty busy when I stopped in too.
