We came in on a Sunday evening. We were promptly greeted and seated. Kenny was our server. He was perfectly attentive without being over zealous. Our drinks were spot on and served without delay (Guinness & Jameson). Appetizers were the same - quick and delightfully flavorful. Classic dinner of Corned beef and cabbage - amazing ! Cheesecake and Irish coffee topped off a perfect meal.

Five stars on any metric ! Thanks all, and another well deserved kudos to Kenny - well done !!!

An addendum… or ‘Post Script’, if you prefer…

…. Two more events to log… a Monday night and Tuesday afternoon. Monday night was chicken pot pie. Missus thought it a tad on the salty side, but there were no leftovers…(carry out). The flakey and amazing bread topping was on the side and just awesome! Cannot say enough about Hailey !!!! (Happy belated birthday!!!! Lol!) she is an absolute pleasure to interact with. She’s polite, honest, professional, involved and very sincerely all about spreading the joy and kindness. Thank You so very much!!! She’s certainly an outstanding attribute to the establishment.

Enter Tuesday afternoon : the Eggs, hash and bangars breakfast. Perfectly hit the spot, finished my “Hall of Jame” card (and paid my house payment! 💥 Bam lol!) served by … Hailey. Checked all the boxes, again !

If you want a more pretentious atmosphere, Plymouth is full of these kinds of venues. If you like to relax and enjoy top shelf food, drink and atmosphere at a reasonable price, look no further. FIVE STARS....

Certainly not a "Traditional" Irish Pub. Our party of six ate here on 8/10/2018. Two had the fried fish which was very good, so it's clear this place knows how to do American food. Two had "Shepherd's Pie" which was in reality chili with kidney beans and peas were added to the mix along with a dollop of mashed potatoes on the top. Totally not Shepherd's Pie and very disappointing. The worst was served to the two remaining people: corned beef and cabbage. Served in a bowl swimming in broth!!...the only thing edible in the mix were the fingerling potatoes of which I had only three. Not one other thing was cooked long enough. The cabbage and carrots...four meager slices....were almost raw. Corned beef should be able to be cut with a fork if done properly. I could barely cut it with a fork. The entire thing was barely warm. When I told my waitress I needed to take it home and cook it she said, "Good! I'll get a container for you!" I ordered the $5 chicken fingers off the special menu so I would have something to eat. These were very good. I guess my greatest disappointment beyond the food is that the waitress made absolutely no attempt to correct the situation. At the very least, I should have gotten the $5 chicken fingers complimentary to make up for this very disappointing meal. Conor O'Neil's in Ann Arbor is the real thing and they don't claim to be "Traditional" but they know how to make authentic Shepherd's Pie and their corned beef is...

Don't bother going here, it's not a place to go to if you're going to be mistreated.

The management and owner are not very friendly people. Maybe it's for "high school" people because all they do is create drama and make you feel like you don't even belong there. The waitstaff are not cordial, they won't even say "excuse me" and don't even get me started on the "other" staff either- they just don't know how to treat customers without being rude and without being condescending. I don't recommend this place. It is what it is. Take this review as a grain of salt or go in there yourself and figure out if this is the place to be- obviously I'm not the only one that doesn't like this bar. According to Google, this bar only got 18 out of 30- that's not good, maybe if patrons such as myself or other patrons actually got the respect and loyalty and not attitude or whatever- you would have more business. Other then that, I sincerely hope this bar gets an attitude adjustment with everything- they are nothing but cunning people.....it's not worth the time, money, or even effort to deal with people like this. People who are more mature, more obligated to treat any individual with integrity is more my cup of tea bar...Finally, if you want to deal with high school stuff and deal with neglectful courtesy and respect- don't expect it from this place....

Decided to stop in here after searching for an Irish pub in the area. Being from out of town, we totally loved the location of this place. Right in downtown Plymouth, it is surrounded by cute shops and restaurants and has a friendly and authentic feel. On a warmer day, we would have chosen to sit outside and enjoy their patio while taking in the local traffic and sights. We were seated quickly on arrival at a high top (our choice), and our waitress was very attentive and fast. Our O'Callaghan's Burger was hot, juicy, perfectly medium-rare, and delicious. The Arugula and truffle-roasted garlic aioli elevated this burger, giving it an amazingly rich taste that kept us full for the rest of the day! There are a lot of great places up and down this street, and if you have the time, I'd recommend an after meal walk and checking them out. Especially after a big, Irish meal!

I think this is now the place my mom and I will go when she visits, we love it! I've ordered things I wouldn't normally choose off a menu like fish 'n' chips, and most recently a Shrimp Po'Boy, both are fantastic. Their fry batter is great. Best fish n chips I've ever had. Succulent, flaky, and the perfect amount of batter, mmm, I was hard pressed not to order it again. But alas I love to try new things, so I got The Shrimp Po'Boy and it was awesome. Cajun dressing, batter fried shrimp. Even the hoagie was awesome, my mom really liked her turkey Ruben. Staff is nice, kind of seat yourself style so maybe nod to the bar tender cause if they are busy and no one sees you come in they won't know you are there ^^ love the atmosphere and decor. Great little spot. Now l shall enjoy a slice of cheesecake heaven I got to-go
