This place is awful! Very very bad customer service!!! When given a cold pretzel we simply and kindly asked for a fresh one and we were told no. So we asked for a refund. After being very rude the one employee finally gave a refund. When asked to speak with the manager they barely responded But eventually stated that the manager was not that there. So I asked for the name of the employee who was being very very rude and she refused to give me her name.
I am greatly disappointed and I can't believe that customer service is so poor!
Are these employees even trained on how to communicate,take orders, and respond...
