Went to return some online items and had some rude interactions. I was first informed that I was not standing in the proper location for the cashier line (there were no customers in line other than myself). There were no signs or clear directions showing where to line up for cash registers that I could see. Fine, correct me for not standing in the proper line but then the additional negativity squashed my whole experience here. The employee proceeded to inform me that I shouldn’t be ordering online when I don’t know my size and then returning items to the store (which is posted as allowed on their website); I should be coming into the store to try on the clothing to figure out my size. I replied that my schedule doesn’t allow me to shop easily onsite at stores. I was then told that I would save a lot of money coming into the store instead of shopping online. Huh? I’m returning the items and getting my money back? 🤔 If anything these interactions make me want to shop online and never go back into the store. I felt like I was just being criticized for each action I made and each statement I said. 🙃 Interesting to find there have been other negative return...
Read moreI went to return a jacket and I was mistaken that I had already returned online. Which is fine I felt embarrassed but this returns lady was beyond rude. Yelling so loud the whole store could here what happened. I felt so belittled I wanted to leave. She was in her 60' s I believe with short spiky blonde hair and lots of expensive jewelry on. If u have a return ask for someone else. I will be calling the store as well. I was so embarrassed....

The only thing I do not like is that the website will not allow me to select this location to pick up in store when they have the products in store. It would be nice to have some type of explanation as to why this keeps happening. The store has the pick up option because I've seen people picking up...
