Came here with my wife and kids for lunch in between basketball games. We love pupusas so we were excited to try this place out. We are so glad that we did! The food and service here is AMAZING!! They started things off right by bringing us complimentary chips and salsa. We ordered empanadas which were perfectly sized, filled with meat (chicken or beef) and the corn crust was perfectly crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside. We ordered the mixed pupusas which were stuffed with cheese, beans and chicharon and we're accompanied by a side salad and picked veggies. WOW! These may be the best pupusas we have ever had in our lives!!! We also ordered La Parilla Especial which came with the most tender and perfectly cooked steak and chicken ever!!! It also came with a pork chop, a split sausage and split shrimp. Our sides were rice, beans and sweet plantains. These guys know how to season and cool their food right! We ended up ordering 5 pupusas to go along with a tres leches and flan that we're eager to try later tonight at home. Lastly I'd like to give a huge shout out to Claudia who provided EXCELLENT service to us. She was super sweet and very attentive. This place is about 30 min away from us but we will...
Read moreI am extremely disappointed in this restaurant. My colleagues and I order at least three times a week. There are times where we are waiting over 2 hours for a delivery and we look past this.
Today I experienced poor customer service. I ordered 2 pepsi's, a cafe con leche, 3 empenadas and toast with butter. No one there really spoke good english. When i called them back to advise that they were missing the pepsi's, i received a call back 20 mins later to say that the restaurant was too busy to deliver them to me. Now they forgot this. Then i say how can you be too busy to deliver something you forgot? The woman said this is what the manager say. I requested to speak with him and she said he was not in. Then he HUNG UP ON ME. I called back and guess who is there the manager, who said they didn't charge you and we are too busy.
They've lost business with our company. They need to learn...
Read moreI walked in to grab a quick bite like an empanada or something similar but ended up dining in. The place was full, so the food had to be good! They were playing a soccer game on T.V. and lots of families were enjoying lunch. For drinks we had passion fruit juice and horchata, I didn’t care for their version of horchata but their food was delicious. I started out with a chicken tamale. It was moist and flavorful I just wish it had more chicken inside. We also ordered a whole red snapper with rice, beans and tostones ($16.99) which was enough for two of us. It came with spicy salsas and pickled veggies. We throughly enjoyed our food and will definitely be...
