McDonald's — Restaurant in Pompano Beach

April 6, 2022 around 10:40 pm I ordered from the mobile app. I forgot to check in and the cashier took my phone to use Apple Pay to charge me for someone else’s order. They eventually gave me my order and said I wouldn’t have to pay again (and that the hold on my card would be refunded). Turns out one of the employees took my phone and tried to illegally purchase items through my Amazon account app. I called the store April 7 around 10am and spoke to a “manager” who said her name was Tamarie Davis and the manager who was working the shift of the accident was toya/tonya. Mind you I never once was impolite and even Apologized to the lady when I realized it was my fault I didn’t check in my mobile order and yet still continued to yell at me (slipped my mind and your worker didn’t ask, only assumed the mobile order she had was mine, so looks like we both messed up, the rudeness was so unnecessary) Called to place a complaint to McDonald’s corporate, had to call amazons fraud department, and place a police report. Absolutely disgusting behavior from every employee I interacted it, especially when I called; it was unnecessary for you to be yelling at me when one of your employees literally attempted to steal from me. Absolutely disgusting. There needs to be an investigation and the employees who were working that night needs to be fired...

Ordered a Big Mac and ask to have the pickle deleted from the Big Mac and you better believe it when I reached home it was loaded with pickles. Disappointing because pickle itches my lips and tongue. Also ordered a Happy Meal with chicken nuggets, those nuggets were hard like rock and no sweet and sour sauce. I guess my request was denied. I thought McDonald's was supposed to throw out stuff sitting for more than 10-15 min. It's just certain things you cannot have sitting for too long. Another thing I like with these restaurants when they say will bring it back. Poor Customer Service. Yes! Poor Customer Service. We have Uber and Lyft now so why don't McFonalds have it delivered and make sure it is the correct order when it leaves the store. Do I have Gas to waste these days. Sure don't. McDonald's is not what it use to be and I am really trying to understand why people like myself still eating from this place. Gat to be really hungry and no other options at the time. Another thing no sincere apology for the staff it's just oh well. When you are catering to someone's stomach take pride in what you do. If you won't eat it then don't serve it. Singularity the WORST McDonald's in Broward County. A dubious accomplishment to say the least, but one they seem to heartlily embrace. They have the new table service kiosks...not that they really honor or offer it most of the time. Part of the kiosks are always broken. Service is abysmal and slow. Staff are inept to the point of hilarity, including the managers themselves. System has the ability to tell you that there's no shakes, but nooo...I get to order one and then have to ASK for the SOB because the staff is so damn clueless that they presume you got your drink cups, etc. When they try, they fail and the manager on duty says it's not working right...she told them that...and to ask me if I wanted a frappe instead. No...I ordered a shake and with all due respect your kiosk system SUCKS if there is no way to know this. "Sorry it was cleaned today and we don't know why it's not working now...". (Seriously? It's not hard, folks. If you can't handle this, maybe you should be put in charge of just the restrooms...). Avoid this store like it'll give you the black plague.
