Absolutely the worst experience i have ever had with a restaurant. My sister and I placed an online order making sure it was for two black bean burritos, since we have been vegetarian for over 15 years. when we pick up the order we come home only to realize hers was made with chicken and mine made with beef, how could you mess up that bad.. of course we only noticed after taking a bite. it was an extremely disturbing experience. i immediately made a call to this restaurant leaving a voicemail.. i decided to call again.. and again, but now the phone immediately hangs up. Of course i would assume my number had been blocked or the workers are hanging up on me instead of fulfilling their job of answering the phone.. so i make the drive back so i can actually talk to someone, clearly im not happy, and i tell her i think my number is blocked. she immediately catches an attitude saying she can’t block numbers instead of addressing the issue that they won’t answer the phone. I told her what happened and she takes it in the back and brings out new burritos. We go and then told we are closed when times are not matching the Google time. It was 12:10am and we are told that store is closed when it's hours are till 1am so what does that tell you, they don't want to work or service and it's a shamed and then because they were closing they only give u what they have or whatever they can make and get out right away!!! Read moreThe food was great and I wish I could say the same for my experience with some of the employees. I ordered in the drive thru and pulled up. Before paying for my food, my girlfriend asked for a side of sour cream when Tracy W said no but she would ask the manager. After speaking to the manager she told us, we couldnt get a second order due to new rules. My girlfriend honestly thought she was joking because Tracy was smiling. When we realized she wasnt, we said ok. We left with our food and had to go back to get something else. My girlfriend went inside to order and asked Garry H how his night was going. Garry replied by saying "dealing with crazy customers". She asked him "what happened?" He said "some lady freaked out because we couldn't do a second order". My girlfriend then asked him "are you talking about me?" Garry said "no it was a spanish lady that wanted sour cream." He made it clear he was speaking about her.
