Taste of the food: The food straight up tastes like high school pizza. The sauce lacks any richness. It’s missing the tomato flavor that literally 99% of other pizzas have. The crust is good and crispy, but only if they cook it for the right amount of time. Sometimes you get undercooked crust. The crust is good if they do it right. Cheese tastes cheap. Overall, with the bland tomato sauce and the cheap cheese, you gotta do a lot of work with the toppings to get your pizza to taste good.

Cost: This place is trying to milk every cent out of you. I ordered a margarita pizza for $12 and before I paid, I asked them if they could add “just a pinch of onion” and that added $2 to the total. Since when does “a pinch of onion” (they added around 15 of the small onion cubes total, literally a “pinch”) cost $2 extra dollars?

Staff can be very unprofessional at times. I’ve been here a few times and the staff have just gotten ruder each time I went.

Overall, I do not ever plan on returning. The combination of greedy business practices and the low quality tomato sauce/cheese don’t make it worth the effort. There are so many other pizza places, even “build your own” pizza places like Rise Pie, in the area that have pizzas with a more rich taste, for similar if not lower prices. My main criticism of Rise Pies is too low quality food for...

We visited on Sunday 8/7... the pizza was good and the resturant was clean. The lady working the cash register was great. Very friendly, polite and really tried to help with a situation where there was a misunderstanding on my part about the menu. The lady working the cash register was doing her best to help me fix the situation. She suggested that I could just pay the price difference and they could make the order the other way and even told me it wasn't a big deal and that they would just eat the pizza that was wrong. So I gave her my money and she asked people cooking to make the newly ordered pizza. The reason I'm giving only 3 stars is because one of the people cooking was beyond rude. I was told that his name is Ed. Ed went out of his way to stick his nose into the conversation I was having with the cashier and refused to remake the order even after the cashier offered that as a solution and had given me the higher price and collected the money. He was rude to me as the customer and he was extremely rude to his coworker. I ended up just telling the cashier to forget remaking it because I didn't want her to have problems with Ed after the fact if she pushed it with him. He clearly has no respect for his coworkers. I would not recommend this resturant based on Ed's behavior towards customers and...

This is a regular stop for us, and here's why:

Great quality pizza in this category - fast, assembled in front of you, build your own or one of the menu items. We like that it usually takes less than 10 min to get our food. The crust and sauce options are simple and tasty; sort of a solid basic thing you need to have for a quick pizza base. The toppings are always fresh and well-managed (nothing frozen, nothing wilted or looking like it's seen better days).

They have vegan cheese, and I like to have that option. I don't eat dairy or meat, and they do a nice job of building my pizza and avoiding touching it with other foods or gloves that have been handling regular dairy or meat. That's not a major issue for me, but I like it when a restaurant trains their employees to care.

The staff at this location are incredible. They are unfailingly friendly and always make it right if there's anything wrong with your experience. They started recognizing us after we came in a few times, and now they have our orders memorized and it feels nice to have that feeling of warmth and recognition when we walk in. They also have remained super cheerful and respectful even when dealing with pandemic issues, restrictions,...

First time here. Not bad at all. Very impressed. Store was overall clean. There were a few tables that needed to be cleaned but there was a long line. If there was move staff it wouldn’t had been an issue. The crew that was there were very friendly. We had a good laugh when we realized it was all personal pizzas. We ordered off the menu on the wall to make life easy. But it’s like subway and you can create your own. That is awesome. I feel that can make the line move slower during peak times of the day but being able to create the pizza with all the options is neat. All made to order so nothing is sitting under a heat lamp. The pizza was some good pizza. The kids loved it. The soda machine is a pepsi machine that has all the different favors that you can add to the main Pepsi drinks. That was also neat because we are used to seeing coke machines. If we are in the area we will be back.

The pizza is good...The salad is not worth the price, and don't really have items to go in it... The greens were wilted & brown... They were out of the sauce to go on the pizza from the pre-made pizza list... The problem was she never told me that when I ordered it... When I checked my food & said something, 1st she said it didn't come with it...I pointed it out on the menu that it said it did then she said they told her in the back they don't have a squirt bottle to put the sauce on it... The entire time the Caucasian man behind the counter cleaning & stocking mumbling with an attitude toward us, like it's the customer fault u out of something...Proceed to talk junk as we was leaving but I had my niece with me so I didn't respond..BUT they won't get my $$ again...The food is expensive but fresh always cost more...

Fresh Toppins, ok pizza, poor professionalism. One of the worst experiences recently. We arrived hours before closing time, but the inside was closed due to cleaning. A storm had just finished in the area, so you couldn't sit outside in the courtyard. 4 employees working, 2 standing around. Next issue: Got one soda, one water - as I am filling up one of the cups, the management on duty walks by and states that the cup wasn't for soda. Please know the order and what is in the cups before you make some unnecessary comments. We went because they have gluten-free crust, which is the only way one of us can eat pizza. Two employees asked how can 2 people meet with a gluten allergy. Did we meet at a convention for gluten allergies? Not knowing a medical emergency is what triggered this allergy.
