If I could give this place no stars I would. We used to enjoy coming here but the last two times have been absolutely awful! We chose to do an online order and dine in because we knew they take a while to prepare the food. I placed my order and it said it would be ready in 11 minutes and I knew that was not going to be the case. We show up a few minutes after the estimated time, and they said our food wasn’t ready. So we sat down and waited. We told them we would be eating our food there and they said some of our food was ready so they brought that out. We had finished our apps and we asked if the potstickers were ready and they said oh no we don’t have any. Well it would have been nice to know that when we got there so we would have the change to order something else. Well then waited almost 45 mins after that to receive our entrees. They came over and told me that they didn’t have the firecracker chicken bowl but yet we just had the firecracker wings. So then I had to pick another entree but again why not tell us these things when we walked in. We had to go up to them several times to ask questions and all the staff had headphones on and were on their phones. I understand we were the only ones in there but again why were we not told when we walked in that two of our items weren’t available. I’m not sure how this place stays open because it is never busy and they have ruined our experience twice now. The first time my husband never even got his food after I had my food for 30 mins. The food is good but the service will cause this place to close. While we were waiting on our food another customer walked in and was never greeted and once he was they told him his food would take another 10 mins, he waited wayyyy longer than that. And then they told him that they were out of something he...
Read moreI had an excellent experience at this place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable outing. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The decor was tasteful and modern, yet cozy enough to feel comfortable. Soft lighting, good music at just the right volume, and a clean, well-maintained space set the tone for a pleasant visit.
The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive without being overbearing. Our server knew the menu well and offered helpful recommendations based on our preferences. It’s clear that customer service is a top priority here, and it showed in every interaction.
The food was the true highlight of the evening. Everything we ordered was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully plated. I tried the grilled salmon, which was cooked to perfection and paired with seasonal vegetables that were both crisp and well-seasoned. The appetizers and desserts were equally impressive—especially the homemade cheesecake, which was light, creamy, and not overly sweet.
Another great aspect was the value. Prices were fair and reasonable for the quality and portion sizes offered. They also had a good selection of vegetarian and gluten-free options, which made it easy for everyone in our group to find something they enjoyed.
Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. It’s the kind of spot you remember—not just for the food, but for the whole experience. Whether you’re going out for a casual dinner, celebrating something special, or just grabbing a bite with friends, this is a fantastic choice. I’m already looking forward to...
Read moreFinally remembered to come and try Tin Drum. We came because we wanted something the kids (9 and 11) could enjoy besides chicken fingers, but also good for us adults. Having Boba tea (slush option) was a plus to our dining experience. We ordered pork belly Ramen and were also able to get the miso from pork Ramen for the spicy chicken since the kids can't eat spicey. Soup was on the saltier side but I enjoyed it like that as it is Ramen. Glad I did not have to add any extra sauce for flavor. The egg was a little more cooked than I would have preferred with Ramen but not chewy or anything. Pork was tender and good. Tempature of the broth was just right. The air inside was on the cooler side, but the bowl used for each dish kept all foods nice and hot/warm until we finished dining.
My son got dumplings and Jr fried rice. Dumplings could have been at least a few more to the order like 5 or 6, not 3.. Rice was good and perfect for a kids taste palate.
Also order the savory sesame rice with chicken. It was good. For those that prefer a more dry rice dish I would not recommend it for you.
I also order spicey cauliflower. Taste was great, crunch was great! Not spicey at all, which was also fine with me. Therefore, those wanting it but thinking it may be too spicey, it isn't.
Service was quick and friendly. We also had three Boba slushes and a sweet tea. Spending about $84.00 total without tip. Clean, open and spacious. There is also an outlet at every table, because you know we all need to plug in our devices sometimes.
Over all rating is that we will definitely come again....
