I went into the establishment on today at about 4:30pm. After placing an online order at 4:27pm. When I walked in I went to the side where you pick up online order's . I wasn’t expecting my order to be ready due to me just placing it and going inside. There were two young lady’s on the registers and one young lady who was on the side giving out food by the online pick up. The establishment was packed .(As expected for a Saturday.) The young hefty African American lady with braids and a hair scarf around her hair (I have to describe her because she refused to provide me her name) she had a blue shirt on serviced two people before she said anything to me which was fine I didn’t expect my order to be ready. She then said RUDELY what’s the name for your order .I provided that .I observed her on an active FaceTime call where the phone was standing up on the counter for the person she was talking to to see everything. She then placed a few doughnuts in a box came to me and stated she was out of two of the doughnuts I ordered. I told her I would keep what she had in stock & if she could refund me for the two doughnuts she was out of. She then stated rudely after giving me the box .I have a line once I get my line down I’ll go to the back and refund the doughnuts. I then said no I would like my refund not after I leave the building can one of the other lady’s do it .She said no it’s an online order she has to do it and she has a line and she’s going to work her line .I then walked off from her and asked the small petite Caucasian young lady if she could provide a refund she said no I’d have to ask her pointing and referring to the lady I spoke with prior I then asked her if she could provide the managers information someone who was over the girl I spoke with prior does anyone know it? The small petite girl again pointed me to the girl I had encountered she again said she didn’t know I’d have to ask the same girl again. So I asked the girl I spoke with previously what is the managers name? She said she could NOT provide the GMs name and that she was the manager .I said ok what is her phone number she said she could not provide that . I then asked could she provide HER OWN name she said no.The young lady then proceeded to allow to me stand and wait until she was finished taking majority of her orders I then placed the box down and told her I would like a full refund on the entire order and I was not leaving until I received it. She then continued taking her orders and eventually went to the back with her phone. While she was in the back I saw my name and phone number come out of the printer she came back to then front pulled all the receipts out of the printer and put them directly into the trash, then proceeded to say I completed the refund you should receive an email. I then asked for a physical copy or a receipt showing it was completed. She said she didn’t have one I then told her I saw my name and phone number come out of the printer on one of the the receipts she threw away. Ofcourse she denied my name being on the receipt when I SAW it . I then told her if she didn’t like her job she should find another one. And that I was going to report her to corporate and left. I’ve been to this location multiple times and I’ve never had a bad experience until today. I was never rude to anyone nor did I rush anyone . I’m very disappointed with my experience. You couldn’t provide me a refund prior to leaving the establishment . You wouldn’t provide me a receipt. You were blatantly rude and unprofessional from the moment I stepped into the establishment.Your coworker seemed just as clueless as you were and it’s sad . If an actual MANAGER was in the building watching YOU and had you NOT been on your phone you could push your line properly and efficiently. Krispy Kreme you definitely need to CLEAN HOUSE or give the want to be manager in training some more lessons .I went in the building at 4:30pm and left the establishment after 5:00pm....
Read moreEmployees were rude. We came in at 6pm after a long car ride to grab some donuts and take a break from a long drive. Google said the store didn't close for another hour. Chairs were already stacked on the tables, one employee at the door claimed she was about to lock up and they were sold out of everything, yet the employee at the cash register, rushed into launching into telling us what donut varieties they still had available and finished up with they were trying to lock up. However, the employee at the door told a lady passing by that they were sold out of donuts, which wasn't true, and then told the same woman after she was asked that they would still be open until 7pm. It was clear they wanted to go home as soon as possible and had little concern for customers and honestly didn't really want to serve anyone else. Interestingly, I wonder if these same employees are the type that would complain about not having enough hours and pay after sales drop because they're basically trying to turn away customers and therefore hurt the location's sales. It was frustrating. We only wanted to grab a few regular glazed, eat them somewhere other than our car we'd been in for 7 hours, and leave and we were treated very rudely. We did end up buying a dozen and rushed out because it was clear they didn't want any part of being around customers that night. 10/10 wouldn't recommend this location. Definitely wish I had just turned around and gone somewhere else to spend our money, but I just wanted to make good on a promise to our...

First, my daughter (13) goes to give her 4 bucks for donut holes and she was so impatient and rude vibes while waiting for her to get the money out. Then she gives her change and walks away without giving her the receipt. (The paper was over a foot long. Literally!) It was almost hanging off the counter so I grabbed it and she flipped on me and out how I didn't need to reach over the counter and I explained I didn't. She then was starting to get loud with me so of course I get loud back and tell her I see she was in a mood and she starts yelling about how COVID is still out and all 🙄🙄 This was after she grabbed the money from my child, touched her AGAIN to give her change and THEN USED no gloves to get donuts! & You mad at me for getting a receipt that was hanging off the counter. Krispy Kreme, I know times are hard and you need help running your business but how about no hiring someone so ignorant and rude. Btw, She was the same one at Christmas time that was rude telling customers there wasn't no glazed and out of others as well.. Girl, if you read this, get a job that makes you happy.
