ONLINE ORDERS NOT WORTH IT HERE. We placed an order online, were given estimated ready time of 15 minutes. When we arrived 20 minutes later, order was no where in sight. Waited in 10 minute line to ask about the order- it was printed (stuck right in view of sandwich makers), but not started. We stepped away to use restroom while our very late sandwiches were made; when we returned to dining area, the people behind us in line had received their orders and walked out the door, while our sandwiches were STILL not done. 45 minutes after we placed our order we finally received our sandwiches. Okay so this has been the worst service I’ve gotten yet... I ordered online twice at the this store and it does not let me choose toasted as an option on tuna. So we put that into the note on the online order and it doesn’t seem to work. The first time we ordered the guy was under standing and re did the sandwich no problem told me to call in next time to verify and let them know I wanted it toast. Do I did that today and it still wasn’t toast and it was also put into the notes. The young man didn’t offer to redo the sandwich like the guy before him. I ate on 6th of September there..ordered footlong with meatballs on it. Later at the evening I started to feel a little off. At night I went to restroom about 5 times. Next 3 days I was straight in the bed trying not to die because of headaches and stomachaches. On top of that I had a high temperature, sweating and cold in the same time. It was horrible. Worse than regular food poisoning.
Food was definitely old enough to hurt that badly and man who was serving didn’t say a word about it. He has white(blond) long hair, so don’t be surprised if you got sick after his shift.
