I visit this location at least twice a week because it’s close to my job. No one is ever particularly nice but never particularly rude until today. The associate Alexia R. has a disgusting attitude and should never work on customer service. Upon entering the shop, there was a guy standing near the windows so I wasn’t sure if he had already been helped or not so I just stood there viewing the showcase. A lady came from the back and asked the associate (Alexia) something and she says he’s waiting on something and the other lady went back to the back of the store. I stood there waiting as Alexia just stained blankly out the window. I then asked “ma’am are you ready” she rolls her eyes and ignores me. So I asked again “excuse me, ma’am are you ready” she got visibly angry and huffs her breath and shouts “Yes, Yes, geesh” so now natural I’m aggravated too because what’s yours issue. If you are busy, the correct thing to do would just say “I’ll be with you in a second” or anything to let me know that your taking care of something and not just staring out the window while there’s customers waiting. Disgusting staff and she clearly needs more training before being the face of the store when people are walking in. I was not greeted or even acknowledged until I asked her if she was ready. Reported her to the manager and she said “I’ll speak with her”. Seemed very disingenuous and not at all concerned with my experience. Worst experience in a customer serving industry I’ve ever...

Okay, so I’m officially in love with Nothing Bundt Cakes. Every time I walk in, the smell alone makes me want to buy everything in sight. But it’s not just the smell that’s amazing—it’s the cakes! They're so incredibly soft and moist, and that cream cheese frosting? I could literally eat it by the spoonful. Seriously, it's that good.
They have a ton of flavors to choose from, but my go-to is the chocolate chocolate chip (so good, no regrets). But honestly, I've tried a few others and they’re all amazing—red velvet, lemon, vanilla—like, I haven’t had a bad one yet. The mini bundt cakes are perfect for when I’m craving something sweet but don’t want to go overboard, but if I’m celebrating something special, their big cakes are perfect to share (or keep all to myself—no judgment).
And can we talk about the service? Alexia is an absolute gem! She’s always super friendly and helpful, and genuinely makes the experience even better. Every time I’ve been in, she greets me with a smile and makes sure I leave with exactly what I want. You can tell she really cares about her customers and the store—it’s always a pleasure when she’s working.
If you’ve never tried them, what are you waiting for? I promise you won’t be disappointed. It’s my go-to spot whenever I need a sweet treat, whether it’s a birthday, a random Tuesday, or just because. And with amazing people like Alexia working there, you’ll always...
Read moreI can't say enough good things about Nothing Bundt Cakes! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a warm, inviting atmosphere and lovely young lady by the name of Alexia! Whether you're into classic vanilla, decadent chocolate, or something more unique like red velvet or lemon, they’ve got you covered.
The cakes themselves are absolutely divine—moist, perfectly sweet, and topped with that signature cream cheese frosting that is out of this world. I love how each bite is bursting with flavor, and the portion sizes are just right—enough to satisfy without being overwhelming.
Nothing Bundt Cakes never disappoints!
I highly recommend giving them a try if you haven't already—it's a treat that’s...
