Sloopy's Pizza — Restaurant in Port Clinton

Order from here all the time over the past seven years. The last few times the quality has gone downhill but this will be my last order as they have now lost a repeat customer. Ordered a thin crust pizza with pepperoni and half banana peppers - the pizza was cold and soggy with bearly any cheese. Ordered 12 garlic parm wings - received buffalo. Ordered a side salad with ranch - the salad and ranch was packed in the same bag and on top of the hot wings so the salad was warm and the cup of ranch was more then just warm. It took over an hour to receive. Not sure why cold food is packed with hot food??? I called and they said they would replace the wings but they were backed up and it would be over an hour nefore they could deliver them. It wasnt untill after I got off the phone with them that I tried the salad and pizza, so at this point it wasnt worth the effort to call back. This order was almost $60, I will not order...

Food is disgusting and customer service couldn’t get any worse! When we placed our order it ended up be late and cold. Mistakes happen but they forgot half of our order. We ordered wings, calzones, salads, spaghetti, sandwiches and many sides. Our order was almost $200 with a generous tip. They forgot our pizza and sandwich. The rest of the food was inedible, soggy, and cold. When we called to please ask for our pizza for the kids they said they were too busy to make it and they could not refund our order. And then hung up us on us. We order out once a week in Port Clinton and we will never be taking our business here again. If they would have attempted to rectify the situation it would have been fine. I hope the right person reads this and takes it into account when running a business that having an employee hang up on a customer is a huge mistake. And not trying to correct what...

We have been going to Lakeside for generations. It is nice to have reliable places to know to go and eat., especially on vacation. Sloopys once was that place. We planned ahead and called to make an order for 4 pizzas at the Lakeside restaurant, and were told it would take 2 hours or more to make food for carry out. I was fine with that, the food is worth the wait. Some I started to place my order, I was then interrupted and was told that they had run out of certain ingredients.

I didn't know what to say.

I then found out that there is another location 10 minutes away, I called in my order without any problems. Went to pick it up though the pizza was ready, there wasn't a good place for my family to eat in the restaurant.

We found a nice park across the street and ate outside.

They do make wonderful pizza, just plan...
