Dear McDonald's, What I'm about to write to you has been on my mind for many, many, many months Please take some time and speak with your managers ( expecially Brian) at the McDonald's located on Taylor Road, Port Orange Florida. I go here so often and watch the disrespect and criticism that's spoken to the younger crew members. God forbid that was one of yours/ mine children, grandchildren, family member working there and knowing what goes on with your manager's. You have a manager (female)that looks to be in her mid-20s that is just so disrespectful. ( its just not her but a few other managers) I own my own business. I wouldn't even take her or Brian aboard as a employee, let alone a manager. The majority of the times that I'm at your restaurant, I see her on her cell phone or her not doing any form of physical work while the younger crew members running around from her negative words, on what to do. The same goes for the rest of your managers. They slave those younger employees and then gives them absolutely no RESPECT. Please consider training your manages on KINDNESS, COMPASSION, RESPECT. You have no idea how hard it is to watch the younger crew members feel and work, while being degraded by management. Thank You for your time on...
Read moreJust had a great experience at this location. Was having a stressful shopping day with my 3 year old and decided to stop in for some lunch and to let him unwind at their playground. While we were waiting for our food it seemed a little tense behind the counter, managers were yelling about how long it took to clean things and how they weren’t doing a good job cleaning. At the same time the yelling was going on we discovered that the playground was closed due to Covid. This started a melt down for the three year old. At this point a very nice lady brought our food to the table and asked what was going on? He explained he was sad because the playground was closed, then melt down part two kicked in when he realized he had asked for ice tea and forgot they had chocolate milk. I reminded him he asked for the tea, that didn’t help. A few minutes later the same very nice lady gave me a chocolate milk for him. Not only did she make him so happy she had bought it herself. During crazy times like we are living in when someone goes out of their way and even spends their own money you have to be grateful. I wish I had got her name. I hope she has an amazing day and want her to know it made my boys day! Thank you so much. ...
Read moreTo the Manager on 4/27 4p ..heres a tip, you dont go out of your way to place blame on the customer EVER. Mistakes happen, at this time your employee rang the orders wrong, overcharged me with someone elses order. And you initially scolded me for not paying when I told you I did. Then i get overcharged and I shouldve verified the order, which I told tou I did. The audacity to go out of your way to talk to me like that, and twice. I was being nice, but doing it twice to me. 75% of being a manager is knowing how to talk to people There was no reason to go out of your way to reprimand me like I'm on the payroll or a child. With no apology after the 1st scolding, and you know it wasn't me, you are gonna now blame me again, but now I did something else wrong. I AM THE CUSTOMER, I DID NOT COME HERE ,GIVE YOU MY MONEY TO BE REPRIMANDED. when it was you alls fault. I ordered 1 stupid ice cream cone, not a $50 order. R ya kidding. Shouldve been free with how I had to wait and...
