Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Port Saint Lucie

Let me start by saying one of the worst chilis I ever went to. First of all whoever made the drinks should retire because the patron margaritas we ordered were all sour to the point where its not even drinkable, whoever made those drinks should drink it themselves to see how HORRIBLE and SOUR it taste as if they just put a whole lot of margarita mix in it with no tequila. Second whoever the cooks are should try the food themself to see how salty the food taste. The wings we ordered were so horrible and salty you cant even eat them they loaded them with a bunch of salt and the sauce is extremely salty to the point where you cant even enjoy a piece . For the dinner I ordered a steak and broccoli the broccoli taste like they just heated them up from right out the freezer HORRIBLE! Now the steak I ordered taste like they just brought it out the freezer tossed it a couple times on the grill and thats it one of the worst steaks I ever eaten In my life. Now for my fiance’s dish she ordered pasta with chicken. The pasta was horrible and she complained that the sauce tasted spoiled and they basically tossed a whole bunch of seasoning ontop of the pasta making it once again salty to the point where you cant even eat it. Will be my first and last time here. For the server she was kind but for the food dont even bother unless you like your food with a whole bunch of salt in it. Worst food experience I ever had ! you pay your money and get horrible salty food...

Went there last night with friends. Worst service I have ever had there. Drinks were 1st ordered wrong. Then had to wait another 15 min to get them. Chips and salsa were old. Ask for fresh chips. Never got them. Asked for another round drinks. My friend got hers, but I didn't. Had to inform Michael our server of this. When time to order food he could not be found. Food finally came. Never got our chips. We asked if we should forget about them. He asked oh do you really still want those? Umm Yes? We ordered them. Comes back and slams plate withspilled salsa. And what looked like our original plate since the salsa was almost gone. My friend burger was over cooked. We love this place. Never had a problem at this location. We won't be back. Also in the beginning there was no one to seat us. Same thing for our friends when they got there too. They decided to just come find us after waiting 10 mins. This location is serverly under staffed and not trained properly. Manger also didnt seem shocked when we complained about our service. We must not be this staff's...

I have posted about this place before, and I decided to go there again to see if they have improved. The answer is no, not really. We Were seated quickly ( there were not alot of people there) and greeted by our waitress. From there things went downhill. The food was not very good ( but it was hot and came out in a timely manner) and our waitress attitude was the same. She waited on us ( sort of) but her attitude was what turned us off. She was not enjoyable to have around. The final straw was she was forcing me to use the kiosk on the table to pay my bill ( which is fine, I gave paid this was several time in the past) the problem was the kiosk was working so she grabbed a couple more kiosk off of other tables and they were not working so finally I demanded to pay the old fashion way. This seemed like an inconvenience to her. Needless to say she didnt receive a good tip and she couldn't figure out why. There is no chance of me coming back to this location. Should have gone to texas roadhouse next door like my wife...
