HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My Daughter went in to get a Cookie litterly she was waiting over 20min. The girl at the Counter "I'm guessing from the looks her "Friends" Were walking in and Out" Talking and Laughing as My Daughter is Still Waiting. I Walked in Asked What's Taking so long. She says "She's Next" OK 10 more Mins Goes By I Walk in again Well "We Had to cook Cookies. " with a ATTITUDE (JASMINE) As She Rolls Her Eyes. The Boy in the back comes up an says Well I can give her a Mini cookie Because We don't have Regular Ones.... Are You Kidding me.....NEVER AGAIN ...

Went in for the first time to this new location and had a disappointing experience.

I ordered one cookie and upon paying the young man behind the counter asked me twice if I wanted a sip, the third time he asked me if I wanted to sit. When I asked him for the fourth time, what did you say, he then asked me did I want to leave a tip? Now I know I’m not hard of hearing, but he was purposely misspeaking. If that’s the way you all train your employees I think I’ll stay away.

The staff at Crumbl in Tradition went above and beyond. Great customer service and there was little to no wait to get our cookies. We went towards the end of the night so they had cookies left over. The staff gave us two extra mini cookies to bring home. All my daughter wanted for her birthday was Crumbl and she had a great experience there. I would definitely go back to the Tradition location. I like it better than...
