Updated review 11/13/22 - It is astounding to me how a place called "Panera BREAD" can consistently run out of the main product they sell.. BREAD!!!!... This is the second time in 4 days that at 10 am in the morning, they have ran out of bagels, how does this happen??!! .. Do they not have an inventory system that allows them to see how much product they have sold in the previous day/week/month so they adjust/increase the amount of product they bake and have on hand? This is the basics of supply/demand!. Perhaps corporate needs to retrain management at that store! As you can see by the previous reviews, this is not a new thing, I gave the establishment the benefit of the doubt on several occasions but not anymore, I can say with certainty that my money will not be spent there anymore!
We have visited this establishment on several occasions during the past three months. The food is good and the staff is pleasant. The only constructive feedback is that some of the staff members seem to get confused when they are taking an order and we have to repeat the order several times. Clearly they are new to the job, but maybe they need more in-depth training before they are left on their own....6/24/19 update to original review. I am downgrading to 2 stars because in the past month or so that we have gone to this Panera location, they have run out of their main product in at least 4 occasions. I have gone during peak breakfast hours and peak lunch hours and they tell me they ran out of bagels or bread. If your business model and namesake is bread, how do you run out of bread at peak times?? I provided the feedback to the in-store manager (Nicole) but it does not appear to register, she does not appear invested in her role. I contacted the corporate office and spoke to a customer service rep named Brad, but he too just simply gave me the "corporate scripted response" but didn't seem too engaged in the conversation. This particular location is a franchise so I am not sure how much oversight the corporate office is providing. My feedback to the franchise owner is that he/she needs to be more involved in the day to day operations so they have ample supply of bread, (of all types), so that when customers come in at 9:30 am, as was my case this past Saturday, they have not run out of bagels, (primary store staple), with no knowledge of when they will have more inventory to...
Read moreI was quite disappointed with the food service and cleanliness. I use to frequent here more often and hadn't been inside in a while. First time inside since the pandemic, I believe. It was about 8:30 pm. There was a musty smell in dining area and alot of the tables hadn't been cleaned up. I ordered and was not asked for my name nor given a buzzer. The drinks area was quite messy. My Sister got her food first when her buzzer rang. When my food was ready, it was just sitting there, so I asked if that was my order and someone said yes. I ordered the pick 2. Sat down to eat. My Fuji apple salad was missing the apple chips, so I went to the counter and asked for them. A young man gave some to me. Sat back down, ate my salad. I then proceeded to eat my roasted turkey and avocado BLT. I took a bite and realized there was no avocado in it. Again I went to the counter and a woman (manager?) asked if she could help me. I complained that the salad had no apples and now my sandwich had no avocado. She apologized and the young man gave me avocado. Read moreThis morning I had to edit my rating from 5 stars a year ago to 1 star. I am extremely disappointed in this location. No matter the time, there is always an excessive wait in the drive thru. One day I had to return to work hungry and upset because I had spent the entire time on my 30 min lunch break waiting. I had to drive off without food. I don't know what it is , management, staffing issues or what the problem is but it is definitely a problem. Before today it was just a service issue. Now it is a service AND quality issue. This is extremely unacceptable to serve to someone and being that I already waited 20 mins in the drive thru to receive this clearly burnt souffle, is even more frustrating. I absolutely will not be returning, after countless times I've returned for this establishment to redeem itself I have given up. I'm done. It's unfortunate because I work in the area and it's very convenient.
