Go to lunch here. Standing in line waiting there a employee out cleaning off tables. Which to know it just turned 11am. I guess a few customers left the tables a little messy. She continues out loud how she hate these people (customers ) there lazy, can t even clean up after them self. And continue s on and on for 10 mins. Then standing in back complaining of an other employee taking a break. As she went on n on all your customers relize she hates her job obviously. Any i order then get my baconader fries with cheese and two strips of bacon on the top. So the picture on the computer screen shows it crumbled n spreaded not just soaked in cheese and strips of bacon. Also order the strawberry mango salad. 20 min s into eating employee brings a code and servey thing to do and get $5 gift card. So hey i was about to complain about your one employee s inappropriate comments about paying customers and then to top of fry s just thrown together. The site tells me the code is wrong. Which it the freaken code on the paper. My point is this employee need to trained how to act with customers in the store and what her job title responsiblies are. O n top it its a manager of the store. Make it more funny. And all these fast worker think they should get paid $15 hr lmao. Food is good customer service sucks. Just had to come back and add to this. Started reading others and wow this place sucks to alot of people. May wendy corporate should do there job. Guess this is my last time at this location...
Read moreIf I could give them negative stars I would! I go to the drive-through and the lady says “can I help you” with an attitude. I order a number three regular with a root beer and a small vanilla frosty. I get my food. There’s no high nothing at the window. There’s just however, much money I owe them they told me and that was it. I drive off and ask we all do we pick out our fries and our chicken nuggets as we’re driving away my chicken nuggets are spicy. I hate spicy Food but I thought whatever I’ll try to eat them. No they were absolutely disgusting so I pulled my fries out of the bag and mind you. I have very blonde hair. There is a thick black hair in my fries so I decide to drive back to Wendy’s and go inside and let them know that they messed up and then they have hair in my food and I did not order Hair. They mumble in Spanish the whole time. No apologies nothing. As I see them handling ready to eat food with no gloves on and no hair nuts on Any of the employees. Just because they wear a visor hat does not mean that the hair is not restrained from falling into food. I work in the food industry. I do not think this is acceptable at all and that health inspectors need to go in there and yes, I did call health inspector. The employees have nasty attitudes. Read moreWent there last night. Never had a problem before till now. I did a mobile order. I get home and notice they never gave me my 4th bag which would of been the kid’s meal. So I rushed back to Wendy’s. The little Spanish lady I guess is the manager kept trying to convince me they gave it to me and said “i packed 2 kids meals” ok well I only got 1 so it wasn’t me. She acted like she wasn’t believing me which was pretty upsetting. Than finally she agreed to give me my kid’s meal. I waited a total of 8 minutes which by now my other food I got from them which had been sitting in my car was cold. (I had brought it all back with me) but I wasn’t told they would replace my cold food. At this point I was tired and just wanted to get home. Also they put stickers on our cups where the straw goes? Never seen them do that before but it made it so none of us could put straws in our drinks. When you peeled the sticker off it left half the sticker still stuck to the cup.
