McDonald's — Restaurant in Portage

5 kids and 2 adults attempting to have a quick dinner and let's the kids run off some energy. Upon arrival the "grills were shot" and you couldn't order any hamburgers, only chicken....and quarter pounders and big mac's (??? I didnt even want to ask..🙄). So, we order $53 worth of food. This included an array of...chicken nugget happy meals, fish sandwich, salad, quarter pounders. The initial wait wasnt long and the gentleman dropped a try of food off to us that had 5 10 PC chicken nuggets and 5 large fries. 🧐 We all look at each other and one of us brings the tray back to the counter and we show receipt and the guy just says, uhhh. A "manager" comes over and ask, this isnt your order? No maam it is not. The guy next to us goes I had a bunch of 10pc and fries... The manager hands the tray to the guy! Not even knowing how long or if we had our hands all over it!? We kindly explained we had not touched any of it to make him feel better. Meanwhile, a lady approaches the counter and says hey I didnt get the nuggets and fries I ordered. The manager told the other guy to stop and take a 10pc and fries off his tray (once ours) and give to her!? Both these people accepted this disgusting passing around of food, I could t believe it. We go back into the play place, get our food and then noticed that the managers' kids were dropped off and eating and playing unsupervised in the play place. Three kids which the oldest had to have been no older then 6, the youngest barely talking. The signs clearly say no unsupervised kids and to let them eat by themselves too? Wow. I get it, maybe hard times but...not our job to watch your kids to make sure they dont get...

The current manager isn't very polite she was very rude not only to myself but too her workers as well. I was there around 6:30pm during the week. I simply asked very nicely for a ranch for my kids happy meal to the younger lady that was at the window. She was very polite but when she went to get the ranch the older lady manger was giving her grief about giving me one and was questioning her. So then I politely asked if they still did exchanges for toys. (When I was a kid we were able to trade our toys if we already received that one) The nice lady at the window said ya let me see what we have. Well the manager while looking at me and her worker griping to us ( yelling and giving dirty looks) says it's going to be at least 1 minute and 30 seconds. With her hands in the air. The nice lady explained. She just wants to exchange her toy, so the old lady does complaing body gestures to the toy bin. From there she holds up the toy in package from the inside cashier area shes saying this one. I just said I can't see it. She's yelling something in the background. The girl said she can't see it so she stomps closer with attitude. I said yes that will work thank you so much 😊 I apologized tothe nice cashier saying I'm sorry didn't mean to cause a big or deal. I didn't catch her words but she kinda shook her head and smiled. I have to say the two younger employees were extremely kind! No complaints on the food. The manager was completely rude to all. We came here on Friday April 12,2024 as a stretch/quick dinner for my husband kids and I, while traveling for a vacation. It took 10 minutes for someone to take my order, and the kids were in the back goofing off and swearing within ear shot of the front counter. Today 04/14/24, we stopped at the same location just for convince. We did a table service Mobil order to avoid previous situation. Upon entering playland, we discovered every single table was filthy and trash everywhere. But the store it's self wasn't busy(2 cars in drive thru and 2 people in lobby). My husband went to the counter to ask if he could get a rag to wash a table. The manager came in, saw the state of the playland (tables/floor), washed 4 tables and called it good. Another employee ended up coming in 15 minutes later to actually clean up. During that time the employee was in playland cleaning, my husband accidentally dropped a large fry on the floor trying to wrangle our toddler. We apologized to him and he said it's okay and to just leave it. He swiftly came back with a broom to clean it up. We took that large fry as a loss and moved on. Now, the ONLY reason I'm giving this place a 2 Star is because that employee then took it upon himself and got us a new fry. Not to mention the state of the women's bathroom was absolutely disgusting. One stall had urine all over the seat and floor. We originally thought this place was closed it was so dead, but we quickly realized that nobody comes here...
