Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Portage

Called to order a delivery. Austin, was the most rude person I have ever spoken with. He does not need to be working the phones. He was confused on the delivery address (which I understand and why I was calling in) but after trying to explain it to him he started getting short and snippy with me. The total price he came up with was different than what was listed online. I asked him why the difference which made him even more upset. I asked if I just need to order online and was told "yeah probably" and I asked if he can check with someone in the store. I hear him yell in the background saying "hey this girl thinks this order is this amount" only to find out I was correct with the pricing. I gave him the expiration of my card stating May of 25. He said he doesn't know what May means??? I was given no apology for anything and he proceeded to tell me "goodluck" calling his manager after I asked for his name....

A Good restaurant for any pizza lover. Inside you’ll be greeted by a welcoming hostess. This is a “Family” oriented atmosphere with ample seating. A definite smell of pizza is in the air. You’ll see a clean, well stocked, salad bar; of which is centrally located. The restaurant itself is clean, along side with its restrooms. Wait staff are prompt & come with a smile. There’s a well stocked & clean salad bar with all the trimmings. All food arrives hot, smelling & tasting great. Waitstaff are courteous & professional. This restaurant has inside dining, pick-up, drive through & delivery. On another note for employment, I would give this Pizza Hut a 9. This was my first an only waitstaff position. Training of restaurant guidelines, food prep & delivery training was taught professionally. Tips were usually good. Management was very professional & accommodating in scheduling me for work. I had two young children...

I m giving 5 stars for a couple reasons. #1: I absolutely love love LOVE their wings. Doesn't matter what kind but I can honestly say that I am addicted to the Mild Buffalo. Just thinking about them bad boys makes my mouth water. They have plenty of meat and hardly any fat which I love #2: They are very fast at delivering my food when I order no matter what I order. #3: Not too long ago I was driving along when one of their delivery drivers almost hit me. I was not happy, and normally it takes a lot for me to call and complain about anything. I called and talked to the manager and he apologized profusely and sent us a pizza on the house for the trouble. Now I thought that was awesome. He didn't have to do that, but he did anyway.
