Terrible experience with Myra. Came into the restaurant with my wife and ordered a couple of meals. The soda machine wasn't mixing right, so that everything we tried was extremely watered down. In the case of the root beer, it tested like soda water. I eventually just got the tea, but my wife was dissatisfied.
She went to the counter to exchange her drink for a lemonade, but was told no. We finished our meals and I went back to the counter to try and find a reasonable resolution. I was escalated to Myra who says she isn't the manager. I again tried to very nicely explain the complaint and she came out from behind the counter and tried one of the drinks.
Her words were "it tastes fine to me." I then informed her that she was trying a drink we hadn't and that the Dr. Pepper, the root beer, and Coke were off. She tasted the Dr. Pepper and shook her head as if it tasted bad to her too, and she said that she doesn't like the taste of Dr. Pepper. I pointed out that this was the same reaction of my wife. I then retold her the conversation that she would have been happy with the lemonade, or something else not dispensed from the fountain. She responded with aggression asking me why I didn't just tell her that lemonade was fine.
She was going to charge me for the lemonade. I asked her what the difference would be and she was getting frustrated. She then proceeded to fill two cups with lemonade, I kept telling her during the fill that I only wanted one. When she was done, she aggressively set the drinks on the counter and said "Here, I'm giving you two for free." She then walked over to the table, took my drink and poured it out. I then told her again, I didn't want the lemonade, that was for my wife, so then she took one of the lemonades and handed me a new glass.
Were things resolved, yes, but her attitude was obscenely disrespectful. I asked her who she reports to, who the franchise owner was, and the most she would tell me is to use the app to file a complaint. My wife suggested using the QR code on the table, which brings me here, but I can assure you this will be sent to the owner, CKE Restaurants Holdings, and whomever is necessary until I feel this complaint has actually been heard.

Read moreWent to the Carl’s Jr. on my corner. The first time. Ordered waffle fries, side salad and two kids meals. I was instructed to move past the window (because the fries where working). When I got my order, the salad dressing was missing! Then I bit into a raw potato fry. All the waffle fries were gross! I called the establishment, the manager (demanded my return!) , I let him know that our stop there was purely convenient, and I would not go out of my way for a return that day. I was promised a replacement for the side salad (with dressing) and waffle fries fully cooked! Mind you, this was after a considerable amount of conflict (on his part!)
Next time I came, I ordered a few items, also asked for my replacement items. Turns out they refuse to replace such, already agreed upon items!
Okay... so I’m done with this establishment.
Two years later.... They introduced the beond burger. I give them a try again.
I pull up to the window (the manger of this location, hands me my beverage)... I recognized him from my last horrible experience there.... He then said “thanks have a good day” closed the window. I’m still sitting there because I have yet to receive my order. Then he asked me to move my car away because my order might take a minute longer. I refused his request (for an added minute). When I received my order, I was not asked for condiments, nor did I get my child’s milk.
I was next to this location hours later. I stopped in with my children, to collect said chocolate milk. (Because my son asked) also he’s five, so I want to set an example, if you paid for something, you should receive it.
I totally got the runner round, until I pointed out the manager in the drive through. First thing he asked for was the receipt. (He was clearly to busy to even provide me that, in the drive through...) when I told him that I never got one, he said” I remember giving you two milks”.he actually argued his point, even clearly being aggressive. I replied, “I only ordered one, if you can’t remember that, than you are mistaken” then he said “it’s only $2 I guess I can give you one”. All in all, I got a chocolate milk with an absurd amount of gruff.
This location cares way more about the drive through times, and severely lacks costumer relations. Or human religions. I WILL...
