I ordered famous star dubble no onions large coke no ice large fry and 9 pice popers I was pushed through the drive through and was sitting longer in the pull forward spot longer then I was at ordering and paying I was asked if I would like anything else and I said yes give me a sec and was trying to read the menu and was asked once again I'm like give me a sec and found popers and mad the order for them once at the windows I payed for my order and as I was putting back my card in my wallet he was trying to hand me a drink I'm like hold on I'm putting my card and wallet away then I needed to make a cup holder spot for the drink I was being handed and in the middle of that he was asking me to pull forward I'm like what the he'll man give me a sec it not like theres a line I was the only one in line at the time. As I pulled off a white car pulled up but still I should be able to put my card away and get a spot for the drink ready befor trying to hand it to me so you can have a fast drive thru time and non the less they made my burger with onions and I can not eat it I'm allergic and my car is charging so I can't bring the meal back to them so I called them and this is where the plot thickens the lady on the phone did not lison and was not user friendly I told her what happened and kept telling me drive thur is 3 to 4 minets I'm like I did not even get that for the time to order and pay befor he was trying to push me off the drive thru. This is crazy and should not be the way you help your costume. No im sorry it did not get made the way you ordred it or let me remove the charge or we will send you an order made right or any other remedy this is not how I would treat a customer or would want my business ran or operated.finaly I asked for a refund on my order and if not send me an order due to my car being charged and would be charging for 6 to 8 hrs she said we dont do that so I gave her the option to send me the order made corectly and she hung up on me.

As a lifelong vegetarian/pescatarian it takes a certain amount of faith and confidence in a restaurant staff to order a beyond or impossible burger. I have never had that confidence in Burger King which is why I don't eat the impossible Whopper, but I have always had better opinion of Carl's JR. This morning I came through the drive-thru after spending all day thinking about trying a beyond spicy BBQ cheeseburger. Waited about 15 minutes to order of a beyond famous star and the beyond spicy BBQ burger in and picked up. Unwrap my beyond spicy BBQ Burger and find it's covered in bacon. No biggie, accidents happen. It's easy to throw a slice of bacon on the wrong sandwich. Go through the drive-thru and they asked me to pull up. After yet another ten minute wait for the orders ahead of me, I exchange burgers and everything is good. This time I make it nearly the entire way home before unwrapping my sandwich because there's no waythey could have made the same mistake twice right? Wrong. Head back to Carl's jr. again. considered asking for a refire again but at this point don't trust them to make it properly. Decide that it's time for a refund of my full meal after this ridiculous inconvenience. Ten minutes in line again. Ask for a full $14 refund of the two burgers and am told since I ate my other burger I can only get a refund for the mess up. that would typically be more than fine but at this point I've spent nearly 40 minutes of my life if not more trying to simply get a fast food Burger to go home and eat after a day at work. I could have spent this much time having dinner and drinks with a beautiful stranger, or more likely and even more appealing after working a double; sleeping. TL/DR Total waste of time, don't expect munchkin customer service if/when they inevitably mess up your order.

I get to my home in Vancouver, washington open my food the one that supposed to have no onions and it has onions. I call the person that had no tomato’s thinking the orders was switched and they said no the have onions and no tomatoes. So I call and ask to speak to the manager and he is the one that answered. He knew exactly who I was and knew my order even repeated it back to me. I told him both of the burgers had onion so he asked me to bring the food back and he would make a new one or give me my money back . I explained to him I live in Vancover and I will not be coming back . He said there’s nothing he can do without the food so I told him I will just toss it but please know if I would have never looked and just took a bite I could have died. I am highly allergic to onions (documented in my medical records and I carry a EpiPen). He then asked for the order number and looked up the order. I am looking at the receipt and I see that it was the manager that messed up my order because the receipt on the second order was just a #7. But he knew I told him no Onions. He once again asked me to bring the food back so I reminded him once again that I live in Vancouver and I was not coming back and had to toss the food out. So now I am out of my money I could have died and the manager did nothing to resolve his mistake. Thanks

Terrible experience with Myra. Came into the restaurant with my wife and ordered a couple of meals. The soda machine wasn't mixing right, so that everything we tried was extremely watered down. In the case of the root beer, it tested like soda water. I eventually just got the tea, but my wife was dissatisfied.

She went to the counter to exchange her drink for a lemonade, but was told no. We finished our meals and I went back to the counter to try and find a reasonable resolution. I was escalated to Myra who says she isn't the manager. I again tried to very nicely explain the complaint and she came out from behind the counter and tried one of the drinks.

Her words were "it tastes fine to me." I then informed her that she was trying a drink we hadn't and that the Dr. Pepper, the root beer, and Coke were off. She tasted the Dr. Pepper and shook her head as if it tasted bad to her too, and she said that she doesn't like the taste of Dr. Pepper. I pointed out that this was the same reaction of my wife. I then retold her the conversation that she would have been happy with the lemonade, or something else not dispensed from the fountain. She responded with aggression asking me why I didn't just tell her that lemonade was fine.

She was going to charge me for the lemonade. I asked her what the difference would be and she was getting frustrated. She then proceeded to fill two cups with lemonade, I kept telling her during the fill that I only wanted one. When she was done, she aggressively set the drinks on the counter and said "Here, I'm giving you two for free." She then walked over to the table, took my drink and poured it out. I then told her again, I didn't want the lemonade, that was for my wife, so then she took one of the lemonades and handed me a new glass.

Were things resolved, yes, but her attitude was obscenely disrespectful. I asked her who she reports to, who the franchise owner was, and the most she would tell me is to use the app to file a complaint. My wife suggested using the QR code on the table, which brings me here, but I can assure you this will be sent to the owner, CKE Restaurants Holdings, and whomever is necessary until I feel this complaint has actually been heard.

This was inappropriate customer service and human interaction when I was so very calm and reserved when I voiced my concern, expecting that I would be met halfway with...

Went to the Carl’s Jr. on my corner. The first time. Ordered waffle fries, side salad and two kids meals. I was instructed to move past the window (because the fries where working). When I got my order, the salad dressing was missing! Then I bit into a raw potato fry. All the waffle fries were gross! I called the establishment, the manager (demanded my return!) , I let him know that our stop there was purely convenient, and I would not go out of my way for a return that day. I was promised a replacement for the side salad (with dressing) and waffle fries fully cooked! Mind you, this was after a considerable amount of conflict (on his part!)

Next time I came, I ordered a few items, also asked for my replacement items. Turns out they refuse to replace such, already agreed upon items!

Okay... so I’m done with this establishment.

Two years later.... They introduced the beond burger. I give them a try again.

I pull up to the window (the manger of this location, hands me my beverage)... I recognized him from my last horrible experience there.... He then said “thanks have a good day” closed the window. I’m still sitting there because I have yet to receive my order. Then he asked me to move my car away because my order might take a minute longer. I refused his request (for an added minute). When I received my order, I was not asked for condiments, nor did I get my child’s milk.

I was next to this location hours later. I stopped in with my children, to collect said chocolate milk. (Because my son asked) also he’s five, so I want to set an example, if you paid for something, you should receive it.

I totally got the runner round, until I pointed out the manager in the drive through. First thing he asked for was the receipt. (He was clearly to busy to even provide me that, in the drive through...) when I told him that I never got one, he said” I remember giving you two milks”.he actually argued his point, even clearly being aggressive. I replied, “I only ordered one, if you can’t remember that, than you are mistaken” then he said “it’s only $2 I guess I can give you one”. All in all, I got a chocolate milk with an absurd amount of gruff.

This location cares way more about the drive through times, and severely lacks costumer relations. Or human religions. I WILL...
