I had the worst experience at this location on Sept 30 2023 at 5:30pm. I was served by a middle aged white woman who wears her hair in a ponytail, about 5”4 in height. I gave her two drink orders and she made me repeat my order to her more than three times which was so weird but fine to me because I have worked in the food service industry and some days you just feel off. However when she started to make the drinks i could see that she was getting the second order wrong so I politely asked her to make sure she is doing the right order. She turned around cancelled the order and snatched the first drink out of my hand. I stood my ground and told her that I am not leaving without my refund, what ensued was a back and forth where she screamed at me and called me stupid because I am getting the order wrong. She immediately got on her phone and called the police because i asked her if she has a problem serving black people. At this point I am appalled at her behavior and honestly scared what would happen if the police came and who they would believe (the police never showed up so this maybe a scare tactic she uses on black people). I still persisted until she made my drink, i got to the car and still she had messed up the order but I decided I had had enough and just left. Now by reading the reviews I am shocked to find how many similar events of racism that have happened at this location and appalled that Dunkin still has not investigated these cases. This location might as well have a “No Colored People Allowed”. It will only take one incident before a trigger happy police man is sent to this location and we will have another George Floyd incident. This place should be investigated and have their staff trained on proper professional conduct. This is a shame! The location is 191 Marginal Way Suite D,...

I ordered boxes of coffee for my office via online - I usually order from this location because it is located close to another store I get pastries from for the morning meeting. When I arrived, they gave me 12-13 large cups of coffee and still charged me for the boxes. I tried to explain that I ordered the boxes because I needed the insulation to keep the coffees hot. They told me that a different store took their boxes. I understand stores are hard to manage, but if you can't give me the item as I asked, you should cancel that order or mark it as something I cannot order online. Additionally, you should communicate that to the customer before they arrive so they can make a decision about their order. Managing 12-13 cups of coffee was difficult, even with the moving box they gave me. The coffee was colder than usual. The solution they provided me was that I could drive to a different store to get a box for the coffee. I did end up doing that, and had to pay for the boxes a second time (not the fault of the second store). The second store also had to make me a funnel since now I had to pour the hot coffee from large cups into the boxes myself ... This location has always appeared to be in shambles when I've gone previously and I thought it was due to maybe staffing issues. Now I really think it's a training/education issue. Whatever it is, please take this feedback...
Read moreI arrived at this Dunkin at 9:30am to deliver an Uber order for Dunkin donuts. I asked to use the restroom because I am a delivery driver and delivering their food(Dunkin) I was denied access, despite me saying I was going to deliver an Uber order for them. There was a dark skinned female approximately 18 years old who still insisted and stated, no public restrooms. Delivery drivers are helping your business, so what is wrong with you. It is illegal to have dine in seating and restroom for customers. I will not deliver Uber, grub hub or door dash orders from this location anymore. Learn respect for delivery drivers, because we are co workers and our delivery is essential to your business. I advise other delivery drivers to take note of this inconsiderate location towards us, delivery drivers. I already spent $25 at Dunkin donuts on st John st today, and typically buy about 4-6 hot coffees/lattes per day at Dunkin locations. I also order on the door dash app for myself for pick up orders, so I also will be leaving a bad review on the door dash app. Thanks, but not really, from your fellow Uber driver, grub hub driver and door...
