Kure in the Pearl district has quickly become my go-to "fast food" joint during the weekday. a short walk from my office, it's convenient, affordable, healthy, and so very, very tasty. pictured below is their kind cartel, which is one of my favorite dishes in existence. perfectly balanced with vegetables (maple roasted carrots! avocado! cauliflower!), tempeh, greens, sauce, and fixins, every bite is the perfect bite. their dedication to fresh, local, and healthy ingredients is a motto i too try to live by, and it's nice to support establishments that walk their walk and talk their talk.

Great place for a healthy bite to go. Breakfast options are good (tried "The" breakfast sandwich) and may be in the small side but staying in a goos bang for the buck ratio, portion side may be something good if paring with an smoothie which can be configured without any problem. Service was really nice and attentive and the atmosphere was good but felt it was mostly for waiting for the order rather than dine in (visited on Wednesday around noon).

I am absolutely mortified and disgusted. This is what I received from this location when I ordered the “Bowl of the gods”. Didn’t even bother to cover it up. It leaked thru the entire bag when it arrived. And this place is just a few blocks down the street. I would’ve gone in person but I had to stay home today and was really hungry and looking forward to eating an açaí bowl. But this is just vomit in a bowl.

A Blissful Paradise of Freshness at Kure Juice in the Pearl District!

Kure Juice in the Pearl District has become my go-to spot for healthy and delicious options in Portland. This vibrant juice bar has truly mastered the art of creating nourishing and incredibly flavorful dishes that leave you feeling refreshed and energized.

The menu at Kure Juice offers a variety of mouthwatering options, but let's talk about a few standout items that I absolutely love. First up, the Vietnum Bowl. This bowl is a harmonious blend of flavors, with fresh veggies, aromatic herbs, and a delectable peanut sauce that adds a delightful tangy kick. It's a bowl that satisfies both your taste buds and your desire for a nourishing meal.

Another must-try is the Mission Bowl. Packed with goodness, this bowl features a hearty combination of quinoa, black beans, avocado, and salsa fresca. The flavors meld together perfectly, creating a symphony of tastes that keeps you coming back for more. It's a satisfying and nutritious option that never disappoints.

And here's a pro-tip: if you're looking for a protein boost, try the "Meal in a Cup" with vanilla protein. Don't worry if chocolate isn't your thing; the vanilla protein option is a game-changer! It adds a smooth and creamy touch to your cup, making it an even more indulgent and satisfying treat.

Beyond the fantastic menu, the staff at Kure Juice is incredibly friendly and attentive. They genuinely care about your experience and are always ready to provide recommendations or answer any questions you may have. Their passion for healthy living and dedication to customer satisfaction shine through in every...

So. I usually love this place. But last time I came here my smoothie had a hair in it. I felt something weird in my mouth and thought it was a sliver of kale stem or something, and then pulled a long wavy hair out of my mouth. It was brown and wavy; the girl who made my smoothie had long wavy brown hair and was not wearing any type of a hair net. She looked like she wasn’t feeling well and constantly had a hand on her head. The girl who originally made my shake definitely heard me complain, looked at me, and didn’t care at all.

They remade my smoothie but the guy didn’t seem very apologetic. Yeah he said the words but it was kind of obvious he was not that sorry.

If they had been more apologetic or cared at all I wouldn’t have left this review. Because of their “Oh. Whatever. Here have a new shake.” attitude I decided to leave this review. Customer service counts; I won’t be likely to leave a tip - if I...

Customer service has gone down significantly in my experience coming here and some of my friends have said the same about how weird the vibe is with the staff. Honestly only writing this because I hope it will change. With the current staff attitudes and the expectation to tip on everything even when it's a pickup or online order and customer service isn't given in the first place, has me wondering what I'm actually leaving a tip for and also just feeling hesitant to go here in the first place. I get why we tip, I've been a server for years in this city and I'm all about tipping. So tbh I don't feel at all pressured anymore to tip the staff out of guilt or judgement of looking like a bad customer when the service here is non-existent. Where'd the cool friendly...
