The 1 star rating is not for the customer service! They were very nice! This rating is purely for the scam of a business model. So, a half dozen mini donuts are 5.99, and around 10 bucks a dozen and 20 bucks for 2 dozen. In this inflated economy you think, ok, slightly reasonable....but you're thinking donuts, not MINI donuts. It should say 1/3 the size of a regular donut. As in I watched them put 2 dozen of them into the smallest pizza box I've ever seen. I asked about different types of donuts and nope, all cake, all no filled, no frill; an automatic machine makes them all. Just boring old top frosted cake donuts. The only reason I'm making this post is because of the look of pure disappointment I was shot when I delivered this tiny box of two dozen donuts to a large group of people. This delivery order started with the promise of a tip. Surprise!?! No tip ended up on this delivery. This was not my fault and I am bitter. This is shrinkflation on an upfront macro scale. Please take note of the first two sentences...

Lil' Funky Donuts came thru! So I ordered 100 donuts for a party we were having at work. I had ordered directly thru their website. I happened to check status early to see if they were on their way, and noticed my order was designated "Delivered".

I called immediately, as I hadn't received the donuts, and they hadn't been left in the Lobby with reception there. With a little bit of checking they told me they rather partner with doordash or other delivery service (Expert level tip), and the donuts were stolen by the previous delivery person (sometimes happens, but was a first for me).

They rushed me a replacement order, and all was well. I really appreciate their top notch handling of the situation - and the donuts...

Update: they took care of me. Great donuts but avoid delivery service!

Fresh cake donuts are my thing, and these are a fine example. Skip the gimmicky places that top with breakfast cereal and come here for the cinnamon sugar.

Original review: Ordered delivery from their website earlier this week. They don't advertise it but they use doordash to fulfill delivery orders. After an hour, driver still had not picked up, so I called and canceled the order. Today I tried again. The driver couldn’t be bothered to knock or ring the doorbell and left it on my front step. When I discovered it, maybe 30 mins later, it was covered in ants. I still plan to try your donuts but I will not be trying a third time...
