My famiy and I recently visited Wingstop and was deeply disappointed by the experience. The restaurant environment was concerning, with garbage scattered everywhere and the drink stations in a nasty condition, covered in sticky, dry marks. It was clear that cleanliness and hygiene were not a priority.

What was even more concerning was the lack of professionalism from the manager. They not only showed no regard for customer service, openly yelling at employees in front of customers about petty issues like having too much cash in the drawer, but they also cursed and spoke badly about other managers, making it uncomfortable for customers, especially families with toddlers who shouldn't be exposed to such language.

The manager's attitude towards delivery drivers was appalling, treating them as if they were a nuisance to her job.

To make matters worse, when I reminded them that they were short on my order item, the staff in the kitchen were seen laughing and giggling, showing a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction.

I ordered online 6 piece wings, Fries, and a drink. I arrived 9 minutes before requested time and my food was already done, I asked how long has it been sitting and was told the order just came up. I had 5 pieces of DRY corn and some cold chicken. I immediately say I ordered fries not corn and I want a refund at this point. A lady come from the back and tells me it’s going to take 3-5 business days, I then say can you just please remake my order. I sit while they put out massive orders in my face for another 20-25minutes. As I waited I looked online and seen I did in fact have corn on my order, my bad and however my fries still weren’t in the bag originally. I’m ticked at this point cause I feel you were being funny taking that long to drop a order of fries and make 6 wings. You were mad cause I received half my order, cold food, and wanted my order redone. I received poor customer service and they never once apologized. Also I got no refund for the corn I accidentally purchased, nor did I get the corn remade. So after all that, I still paid for something I didn’t receive.
