This little gem is by far my favorite burger place in the region. In fact, I refuse to get burgers anywhere else unless I make them myself.

When you walk in, the place is super clean and well maintained. The bathrooms are spotless, the tables are wiped down and you aren't hit with a disgusting fryer smell when you walk through the door.

The staff are always kind, polite and sporting a great attitude. No matter what day of the week you go, the service is consistently excellent.

The burgers just absolutely hit the spot for when you just want a good old fashioned American burger. They're simple, effective, delicious and are exactly what burgers were designed to be. No extra junk or fancy schmancy options. Oh and it doesn't break the bank for a burger like other places. At other places you pay 17 bucks for a burger soaked in grease that tastes like diabetes and heart disease, meanwhile here at Robs you pay only 5 bucks for a good old fashioned, tasty American burger. Oh and the fries are absolutely done right, no competition. They keep it simple yet effective through and through.

In conclusion, this place is my favorite burger joint and I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't been there yet. In fact I like it so much, I even bought one of...

Rob's USED to be the best place in the area for fish-and-chips. Sadly, that is no longer the case. I had been going there for years to get their "All you can eat fish, chips & chowder". Then they stopped offering it. I decided to give them a chance once more recently and was very disappointed. Now a basket of fish with a small handful of fries is $20 and you don't even get chowder with it. They even charge extra for cocktail sauce. The fish USED to be thicker and served hot. What we got was thin filets served warm with warm fries. You never went to Rob's for the atmosphere it's where you went to get great fish and chips or cigarettes (yes it's a cigarette store too). This time it's cramped dining area had dirty tables that I had to clean myself. The staff there are friendly enough and they don't get paid enough to listen to complaints about the management of the business. I left the first time because they changed how they do business. I gave them a second chance and I won't be going back, which saddens me, because they used to be so much better. For $20 I can get better quality, service and atmosphere at a sit...

I wasn't expecting much from a fish and burger joint stuffed in an old filling station, but I WAS WRONG! Oh my gosh! I had the three piece fish and chips. It was PERFECT! The fish was well trimmed, breaded expertly, and fried to a golden crunchy crisp that other restaurants only wish they could achieve! The fries are crunchy on the outside and hot and mealy inside with a terrific flavor! My daughter had the combo plate with oysters, clams, scallops and fish. It was also PERFECTLY prepared! The fish had no "fishy" odor or off-tastes, and I will definitely go back!

If there was one negative, it's that the Diet Dr. Pepper tasted off. But, everything else was great!

Don't expect a lot of atmosphere - it's small diner all the way. The air inside, though, was fresh and had zero scent of frying or cooking.

The service is likewise not great - unless you are a server yourself! But, today, the front counter guy brought it out to us. Nice touch!

Please please please - do yourself a favor and go! You'll be...

You know I like a place when I mention they are not trying to be anything they are not. This is a burger and fish & chip place. The products they are using are not farm-to-table. But they have got it down--very well--how to put it all together hot, fresh-ish, and for prices you are not used to in 2024. Everything we had was great. C'mon, think about it. This is a place you might rave about, paying twice as much, if it was in a coastal, el touristo town. But here we are 300 clicks inland, huh? It was busy on a Tue lunch. But they still found time to smile while that griddle/fryer is cranking out the bad-good food. We really, really liked this place; and, that is beyond having two ravenous 20-something sons with us, and the frugality factor. Dang it, I want to know what food service provider the are getting their stuff from...

Rob's Seafoods & Burgers is a true Post Falls native. The seafood is typical fried fare and the burgers are a bit small but tasty. The fries are the battered type which I don't care for. This visit I had a (2) piece fish, coleslaw and a double cheeseburger. The fish was ok although I wouldn't exactly call it two pieces. One piece was decent sized but the other two together didn't add up to the same size/weight as the first. The coleslaw was ok well. The real star here was the burger. It's a simple double cheeseburger but wow is it tasty. The price of the burger was great as well. The staff were friendly and work hard to get the orders prepared for those waiti. This place is a hidden gem. It gives me the vibes of growing up as it has old style amenities that still work just fine. It's a family run business, and my parents have been going here for years. The staff is so kind, and if you've ever served my mom, you know you'd have to be. She is the pickiest person I know, so it says a lot that they have been able to continue serving my parents over the years. The food is great and you can't beat the price. I can't wait to come with my parents again soon. Highly recommend, it's very nostalgic feeling and you can feed 3 people spending under $35
