Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Poulsbo

We placed our usual order of 1 reg. #8, 1 giant #8, 1 giant chicken bacon ranch and 1 giant big Kahuna. The 2 cold sandwiches were Mike's way no juice. I watched him make the sandwiches and he added juice, before I could say anything he caught it and scraped off all the veggies, was about to continue to make them that way, but saw me watching him. Remade the sandwiches, put bacon on the regular (it was no mayo, done that right). But them he just puts the top on the giant, I asked if he was putting bacon and mayo on it. He said no it doesn't come that way. I told him that the #8 does. He told me you didn't order a #8, you ordered a #4. I told him there isn't even a #4 on the display and I don't even know what it is. He said fine, made my sandwich slamming everything as he did. We got our order, paid and went home. We live 25 minutes away. I get home and I have a very thin layer of meat on my giant sandwich. It had the ham and the turkey, but very little of it. I love Jersey Mike's because of the size of the sandwiches. My family and I have been ordering at least once a week since the Poulsbo store opened. This was our smallest order to date, its usually 5 giants and 1 regular. We have NEVER had any problems with our order before. I have never seen the gentleman that served us before. And he had no way of identifying him. We also did not get a receipt (also a first). I have decided that if I go back and he's working I won't order. I'm considering only using the Silverdale store as my daughter has to go to Silverdale for work. But on days she's not working it's a long drive. It's already 25 minutes to Poulsbo. The gentlemen has average height, average build, with blondish hair and along beard. Probably...

I placed an order at approximately 11:00 am. The Uber eats app said my order would be ready at around 11:36 am. So I go in at 11:36 to where you normally wait for pick up orders and didn’t see my order on the shelf. And I see lots of bags Alf empty or open on the counter so I can tell they were trying to complete orders. The lady said they are still making my other sandwich so I waited for it. About 5 minutes later she said everything was ready/in the bag instead of the sodas. So I grabbed two of the sodas and checked the bag and still no sandwich. She said they are still making it. Finally more time comes around and she gets my attention in a poor way. And says that my order was ready. She gave me a really mean face when I asked what she said because I couldn’t hear her. Finally I checked the bag one last time and there were still items missing from my order, finally I just decided to go and grab it myself. The lady is quite young, had blond hair and worked around 11:30 on Monday the 28th.

This is not the only time I’ve had very poor customer service experience at this poulsbo location! If you look at all the 1 star reviews it all has to do with customer service! Please read these reviews and teach your staff to be friendly even if there is...

10/22 Edit - this was our 1st time coming back to Jersey mikes since our last order. We had a few free coupons for sub. The sandwiches were delicious and the service was amazing! Staff was so nice! And everything was yummy and quick.

Old Review- My partner's sub was on-point... unfortunately I'm eating keto and I wanted a bit of a change from Subway's awesome salad bowls. So when I saw this store did subs in "tubs", I was stoked, because I had an awesome sub tub at a different Jersey Mike's store in California. Our delivery tonight was great, driver cool, actual sub was delicious... but this "tub" 🤦‍♀️ I had maybe 2 bites, because that's all there was! Literally weighed it, and we paid $12 for 1 ounce of toppings. I could have got an entire keto pizza "tub" at Papa Murphy's for that price and that thing would have been full. These philly toppings didn't even cover 1/8 of the container. I've had the tubs at other Jersey Mike's locations and been totally satisfied with the amount, but tonight this was a complete rip off. We'll go to Silverdale if we're ever craving Jersey Mikes...
