Today was my first time participating in triple star day and it did not disappoint!! I called ahead to make sure I qualified on the app, and confirm the gift card rules etc. the staff member was very kind over the phone even though Iām sure it was a very busy day. She made sure to also mention 50% off merchandise which I didnāt know from the app. Huge plus as I was thinking to get a holiday gift in the coming weeks..
When I came in my order was already ready and waiting for me at the counter (I had never done order ahead at this location either, only drive-up). The store was very clean and the staff members guided me without prompt to where to find the things I needed to eat and drink inside. They also asked if I was the one who called earlier deducting from the quick conversation I had. They remembered me! I clearly was new to this location and to the promotion haha.
While shopping, I had some questions about the cups and lids and the employees figured out how to handle them professionally. I have to say the top shelf here is very high! There was a slight delay in scanning one of the cups at the register/receiving the 50% off but they went above and beyond to resolve it very quickly for me.
My food and beverages were made to my customizations and were tasty. They only thing I would have requested was for my frap to get an extra wipe, my hands ended up a little chocolaty.. I opted to try a refresher with vanilla pumps today instead of the pink drink version w/ coconut milk. Personal preference but I think Iāll skip the extra $0.80 for this add on in the future but it was nice to try.
I earned so many extra stars today, and eagerly reminded my friends to stop in to take advantage. Iāve generally always had good service from this company, but today was a real treat. Thank you Olhava Way Starbucks, keep up the great customer service.
Also, quick shout out to Poulsbo Police! While I was waiting to write this review in the parking lot (itās December dark and foggy outside) a patrol officer drove by the front of the building and sat for a few second to make sure the staff inside saw him! They all waved at each other through the storefront glass wall and he went on his way. What a cool safety check, and something you donāt...

Gavin has been an amazing employee from the first day I stepped foot in this Starbucks and every day since. The first time I came in, I asked him (jokingly) if I could keep his PSL pin, and without hesitation, he handed it over, recognized my name and said his gf had the same name, and every day since he knows and calls me by name.
Today was a really tough day- I woke up to a bloody nose from a sinus infection, had to go into work anyways, i have received an email from my deployed bf in what felt like ages, and when I came in asking for an almond croissant, they didn't have one. He not only gave my an alternative, but he gave me the display croissant as well, told me I was his favorite customer, and said he hoped I felt better.
Gavin- you're amazing. I know doing a customer service job is rough, but you're doing it so well. As for the rest of the crew, I have zero complaints as well. Keep doing what you're doing. It's obviously...

Since then, Iāve stopped in at different times of day, and the experience has been consistently excellent. Thereās always a steady stream of customers, yet somehow never an unreasonable wait and never a single mistake in my orders (which, for a Starbucks veteran like me, is rare!).
