Avoid this location at all costs. I've had pretty bad experiences here the past 5 times I've been (with phone records to prove it), but today may be the worst yet. I ordered 3 biscuits, an order of bacon, and a large hashbrown. Well, I get my food and pull over to check it... the bacon was missing and the hashbrowns were ice cold in the center and hard as a brick. I went inside to handle it and stood at the register for about 3 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Mind you, it's 6AM on a Saturday. It's not like they were anywhere near busy... well, the man working asked "what I needed" and I told him.. he took the hashbrowns he'd already given me and dropped them in the fryer... and then gave them back to me in the bag you see pictured.. grease was literally dripping off if it. I knew it would get me nowhere complaining to him, so here we are. Avoid this particular location like the plague.

I went to this location and I got the Ribeye steak sandwich combo and opted to get their onion rings instead of their fries. I normally have only gone to the one by Canton road. I won’t go back to this Powder Springs location again. They barely had any onion rings in the bag and I ordered a large and they were fried for way too long. I never had it where it was this salty. Someone who made the frozen batch must had accidentally dumped way too much salt. Or if they’re made from scratch at the store the person in the kitchen may had accidentally dumped way too much salt on the batter. I remember the onions being big in sizes but these were smaller and were overly fried. I see they have a score of 72 in cleanliness on their drive through and they should get 56 in cooking.

Haven't been to this location in over a year because of my last experience with the food and service. Decided to try them one more time because I had a taste for some country style breakfast early in the morning. I ordered a tenderloin breakfast plate with an extra tenderloin cheese eggs and a large side of sausage gravy with a coffee. The meat was not chewable at all and still had soggy flour in the folds, the eggs was burnt and cheese was just thrown on top instead of being mixed in, the biscuit was hard and burned on the ends, the sausage gravy was really watery and the coffee tasted burnt. Like why even put this in the plate at all. In total it was about $20 for this meal. Never again...

This used to be one of the best restaurants for breakfast on the planet. I was a customer when there were just a few locations in Cobb County. I moved to Paulding County for about 5 years and those locations were fine in terms of food quality (could have been cleaner though). After moving back to the Powder Springs area, the local Martin's is absolutely off of the menu. I've tried a few times and EVERY time it's absolutely disgusting. If the biscuits aren't, they're very close and hard as a rock. The bacon is always burnt and black and turns to crumbles when bitten into. If you get the chicken biscuit, it's obvious the grease hasn't been changed in days, possibly weeks. The gravy is a lumpy and nauseating mess. The "steak" looks like charred roadkill from behind the location's dumpster. The eggs are served in a slightly too high portion to cover the barf factor of the other ingredients. The indoor dining area is straight out of the 1970's (50+ years ago). This location needs to be shut down, rebuilt, and FULLY restaffed. Nobody seems to care in any way about...

Not as good as it used to be. Biscuits are a bit dry. Food seems rushed. -3 stars ——————————— update since 9 months ago: Breakfast has gotten better. Biscuits used to be dry and flaky and food just kind of had a "rushed" placement on each sandwich. Now more buttery and soft. They are still busy which is a good thing meaning people are still coming. The lines still move fast. Only negative for me are the grits. I have yet to get grits that have thickness and consistency they are always runny and watery..literally water each time, at this location. I have attempted at least 4 times with the grits but someone is not cooking them long enough ‍. Different days, different cooks. Ya know how that goes. They should also consider blocking parking. On the side of the drive thru...very inconvenient for people who park there and can't back out because the line is to the street and the lines do extend that far very very often; they still will have to wait in line to exit because it's only one way out parking there. Outside of that, no other opinions, suggestions,...

Im not sure what exactly is going on. It used to be great and i love the guy manager here, i know hes trying. But one morning i was givin the wrong order and then its a guess as to when they are open as the last give times ive been there in the morning, about 5:45am, they wont answer the intercom and then so i pull around thinking maybe theyd see me but no so i called this morning and was given the excuse they just had a big order but they did in fact open at 5:30. So i guess after a big order they wont take anyone elses? Then the quality of chicken they get has went down hill and stayed there. Used to be about 80% good enough to eat the whole chicken biscuit but now, now its 10% that you get a good enough piece to eat the whole biscuit so i guess i will try Kennesaw more when ever i do go because the one in marietta is just as bad about service. I used to love this restaurant and went every morning but now...
