My #13 was put together very well but when I got home I found the roll's crust hard and the roll very tough, the condition of the roll ruined the entire sandwich (could not take a bite without the meat and veggies squeezing out the sides of the sandwich). This is not the first time I have experienced a stale/tough roll at this location, it seems to be more the norm than the exception. Not sure exactly what causes this problem but I suspect a big contributor is that the workers never close up the cart the rolls are stored in, I get the impression that they think it is too much trouble to have to open and close the flap. Read moreI ordered a pretty hefty order from there for delivery. Imagine my dismay when I found my order was short. I would normally say mistakes happen, but when I called the store to get it worked out. . . I was met with the worse experience ever. It was so ludicrous to be hung up on and not taken seriously as a paying customer. I never expected such vile attitude from Heather the manager on duty. It was absolutely down right preposterous that was was treated in such a way. As someone who works in a customer service field, I expect some empathy. Take ownership of your errors and treat your customers better versus treating them horrendously. I will never ever be ordering from this location again, this was the worst experience ever. Read moreI will never return as a customer. The workers are rude and impatient. When I arrived there were only a few customers. I ordered my food and was waiting on them to ask me what I wanted on it, but they never did. They didn't fix it in front of me, but off to the side where I couldn't see. So, I went back up to tell the cashier what I wanted on each sandwich. Then they got a rush of customers. My sandwiches were fixed and just lying on the counter for about 15 minutes. I saw the sandwiches, but didn't know they were mine. Finally, someone came and picked them up and called out what they were. I opted to just be refunded, but when I got home I realized it wasn't all of my money. Atleast eight workers behind the counter, but food was not being expedited to customers. No organization....
