May 2025 Dropped rating again- we probably won't be back. Yelling in the center section where they make drinks. Asked for a booth and taken to a half both half chairs. Asked again for a booth, menus set on another table and we waited while it was cleaned, watched them walk away, stops waiting to be seated, then was asked if we were going to sit. We sat, them got our own menus. Decided what we wanted. No one took our orders. Placed menus on the end of the table so they knew we were ready. No one came. Made eye contact with someone cleaning a table. Made eye contact with 3 others walking by. The one cleaning the table started cleaning a table master to us so I asked..."excuse me, who will be taking our orders?" He said "me"and kept cleaning a very sheets 8 top table, took the bucket of dishes to the back, came back and started wiping down that table- caught my glace, set down the rag, came over, asked "what do you want?" We live across the street and used to come here every week. We've watched service decline, spoke to a few who claimed to be management, and now we're giving up Feb 2024 I had to drop my rating. This is the third time we've gone to dinner and staff have stayed moving tables, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning at 8pm... When they close at 9. We left at 820 after feeling pushed out by the smell of cleaning supplies, employees making noise moving tables and chairs, and mopping within 5 feet of us. We had to step out slowly and carefully because of the wet floors! I even apologized as we left... "Sorry we stayed so late. We thought you closed at 9." The young woman looked up from her cell phone long enough to say "we do". The last time this happened, I had invited my family and future in laws... We had 13 people. I had bragged so much about this place. The first timers said the food was good but they wouldn't come back because of the lack of customer service and actual rude treatment. They had such great service when they opened... So sad that they've let that service drop. The lunch menu was extensive and the portions were great! The food was delicious and the presentation was incredible. I don't know what other tables ordered but for was presented with bonsai trees and different sculptures! The cheesecake, fried cheesecake, and tiramisu were great!

Addendum: We have now come two more times and both times the service has been atrocious. My friend and I waited half an hour before asking the hostess if our server was going to come to our table. It took another 10 after that before the server arrived, exasperated and rude, and took our order. It took another 45 minutes to get our guest appetizer and 1 hour later we got our food. After nearly 3 hours, we were fully served. My family and I went several days later for lunch and it took nearly an hour and a half to get our food. We watched as servers wandered the restaurant while food at the sushi bar sat, ready to be served, for 30 minutes. Not sure what is going on, but I'm hopeful that maybe after they are open for awhile, they will figure out customer service, speed, and organization. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My family and I went here for dinner and were pleasantly surprised by the intimate atmosphere. Though the restaurant was busy, it felt like we had a private booth. The only negative we experienced immediately was the incredibly unprofessional outfit of one of the hostesses. She was in a crop top and it definitely cheapened the restaurants appearance. We were not expecting to feel like we were at a Hooters. Otherwise, the rest of the experience was exceptional. The amount of food versus cost was wonderful! The portions are exceptional and every dish was delicious. The sushi was beautiful and tasted very fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially for lunch. They now have the best lunch specials in Prescott Valley! It is refreshing to have such a fantastic new restaurant in our area.

As a fellow Asian Pacific Islander, who is currently studying in Prescott, don't come here for Asian food. Go somewhere else, that applies to both WZ Asian Bistro locations in Prescott and Prescott Valley. I have never had the most bland fried rice in my life. When the plate came out, it looked very light colored compared to most fried rice. Upon walking in, the ambience of the restaurant is nice. Good lighting for a rainy day, but I should've taken a warning when the only people that I see dining here are Caucasian people. If you have any knowledge of going to Asian restaurants if you see a lack of Asian customers there, run. I ordered a simple Chicken Pineapple Fried Rice. For $12.50 this is not worth the price. This restaurant tries to provide an image of what Asian cuisine is in the Quad Cities and refuses to realize that the flavors they provide in their food is bland, tasteless, and fails to provide a good image of what Asian food is. Like I said earlier the fried rice is bland. Adding Raisins in a fried rice is just wrong. Szechuan Crispy Beef had no spice. It's just a sweet crispy beef. Don't call it Szechuan without having actual Szechuan in the sauce, not off to the side just for presentation.

Sorry to say, there was nothing good about this dining experience on a Sunday afternoon.

We were seated promptly. There were many open tables and at least five wait staff.

Our waiter took our orders for spicy (the red pepper next to the item on the menu) Triple Delight w/garlic sauce and Singapore Mei Fun, with one iced tea and water. It took 25 minutes to get our food when we counted three occupied tables that hadn't received food.

Neither dish had any hint of heat/spice to it. The Mei Fun tasted like 1/4 cup of salt was the 'sauce'; three small salad shrimp, about two tablespoons of shredded carrot, onion, & celery, three tough pieces of beef, and 1/2 tablespoon of ground up mystery meat. In both dishes the meats and vegetables were cold like they'd been sitting out waiting for a luke warm sauce with salt noodles. Most of the beef pieces were so tough they couldn't be cut with a fork or chewed.

Once our waiter served the food, we didn't see him again until he brought the bill. Even though we kept looking around to get water and tea refills. When he gave us the bill he didn't even ask how we liked it.

Next time I want a good soup, meat/vegetable, or noodle dish I'll go to the Thai restaurant in the food court at Gateway Mall - made to order and tasty.

We wish our experience had been as good as the other five star reviews. We will not try this place again.

Edited April 2022: Well, after a bunch of good reviews, I took a guest and tried it again. The waitress was attentive. The food was mediocre. The 'lunch special' rolls, especially tuna and salmon, were ground up something with mayo or who knows what, not whole pieces of fish like I would expect. The bento box salmon was good (moist and flavorful), but the other sides weren't tasty...
