Hobby Lobby — Local services in Prescott Valley

The manger with gray long hair, glasses and horrible eyebrows is one miserable human. We were checking out and there was only one cashier. I think her name was Sarah or Sue, she was so nice. I had a return and my friend was in line after me plus two other people. The manger shouted at the cashier in front of everyone. She yelled from 15 feet away at her that she she was the only cashier. Acting as though the cashier was being slow and she wasn’t. I had a rather large return and she was making sure everything was correct and then rang in the rest of my things. My friend and I just couldn’t believe how badly the manger treated her employees as we are both business owners. She made a rude comment to another employee right in front of all of us too. The bad eyebrow job decided to get on a register and help someone. If she could do that the whole time then why would you be so miserable to your employees? I am an avid crafter and am happy to have Hobby Lobby in the town where I shop. They offer a wide variety of crafting supplies and have seem to have more nationally recognized brands than they used to. The one problem I have with not only Hobby Lobby, but all craft store chains that offer percentage off coupons on a regular basis is that they inflate their prices in order to be able to provide a discount to every customer with a coupon. Therefore, if you want more than one item that isn't on sale, you will want to come back another day so you can buy it with another coupon. They also have furniture that says it is always 30% off. Well it started when I started to fix up an Rc truck the guy that you have in there sure needs to learn customer service. He acts like he knows everything but can't do any thing. He lies about everything told me he's the owner it's pretty sad when his friends come in then he thinks your bugging him.
