I went to have a nice day with my husband to the bar area of this business. I was very excited because I thought the hipster bar concept inside the warehouse with a barbershop and a café could be a fun way to spend my Sunday.
The lady working the cash register, absolutely lovely, she started the experience with a five star service. If it wasn’t for her and if google allowed it, this would be a zero star.
I was taking videos of how the ambiance was inside, It seem to have a good vibe since the lady at the cash register took the time to explain to us the concept, I started my experience wanting to promote the place on my social media but …. Things went sour quick. 🫤 When we went to have a seat, we picked our drinks, then we went to order something to eat from the food truck which was absolutely delicious and we continued to mind our own business and sip on our drinks and read our books. Out of nowhere, without the courtesy of asking if it was ok for this bald old guy to take our drinks, he started reaching for our glasses, trying to clean our table. I looked up and told him respectfully - oh no Sr. It’s ok! I wasn’t done with my drink. (I had two meads that I was sipping one after the other to overcompensate one being more on the sweet side and the other one a bit more balanced). Instead of just apologizing and saying, I’m sorry, what we’re you drinking? or I am so sorry I should have asked. He continues to be absolutely unprofessional and RUDE and says to me right in front of my husband - Oh Well!!! There is plenty else to drink there (points at the machines) and just leaves after that. At that moment I didn’t know if he was joking or not but he clearly wasn’t, because he never came back to replace my drink or apologize. I know I can go grab more but I had already paid for that drink and didn’t plan on drinking more than that.😅
So I had to stop my chill moment of peace and unfortunately I had to speak to the lovely lady at the cash register who actually did what the old bald guy didn’t do which was apologize and replace my drink.
I was going out with my husband to relax, have a good drink get some reading time before heading back home, and one person ruined the whole experience. We immediately left because staying there was not enjoyable, it awkward and truly...

This review is coming from a place of complete frustration and disappointment.
I scheduled my appointment over a month ago. I’m a busy person — I don’t have the luxury of free time, and I plan everything down to the hour. I knew I had a packed schedule with travel and responsibilities, so I booked this haircut far in advance to make sure it was taken care of. I even received multiple confirmation texts, which gave me the confidence that everything was locked in and ready.
And then I showed up — and was told I had no appointment.
No apology. No accountability. Just, “There’s nothing under your name. You’ll have to wait.”
Let me be absolutely clear: • This wasn’t a walk-in. • This wasn’t a last-minute call. • This was a scheduled, confirmed appointment made a month in advance. • I had six confirmation texts to prove it.
So when I was told there was nothing in the system for me, I was beyond irritated. I didn’t come here to argue or negotiate some half-baked fix. I walked out. I was done. I didn’t want a “we’ll squeeze you in” — I made this appointment because I trusted you to value my time. You failed.
And that’s the part that matters most: trust. Once it’s broken, it’s hard to earn back.
This might seem like a small mistake to you — just a scheduling mix-up — but to a customer who values their time and gave your business a shot, it’s a huge failure. This is exactly the kind of experience that causes loyal customers to walk away, and potential customers to look elsewhere. If this is how your systems are run, it might explain why your business hasn’t grown the way it should.
I won’t be back. Not because of a bad haircut or poor service — I didn’t even get that far. But because of a complete lack of reliability, accountability, and professionalism. That’s not something you can brush off or smooth over.
You can’t fix...
Read moreHi, I had an incredibly terrible experience and can honestly say I’ve never felt anything remotely close to how I felt during my first ever haircut at this establishment. I believe my barbers name was Adam but anyways, he made me feel uncomfortable from the start. Immediately informed that I had to choose skin fade and pay an extra 10 dollars for a basic clipper low fade, because somehow that’s a “technical fade”, which I didn’t mind but was still argued with it for way too long. After some light conversation I casually mentioned that’s how I got my hair cut back when I was in prison years ago. Immediately I felt a change in attitude and his demeanor completely changed and made me feel really uncomfortable and self-conscious over a simple statement . I didn’t expand on anything , literally just said that was how I had my hair done years ago in that establishment . Then, after already feeling uncomfortable with his attitude, he went to remove my cape and said” hey, should I watch out for any shanks that might fall out.” It absolutely was the most inconsiderate and baffling thing anybody could ever say to someone and it was honestly so rude I was shocked and didn’t know what else to say. I couldn’t wait for the haircut to be done so I could leave that toxic environment. It sucks that I look forward once a month to getting my haircut only for it to be a terrible experience and making my day worse than it already unfortunately was. It’s absolutely insane I had to pay 30 dollars for the worst experience I’ve ever had...
