Bob, I am a bartender at the Bellagio 5 star hotel in Vegas and I have never had such a bad experence as I did at your bar and restaurant on Sat night Oct 26, 2025. If this would of happened with a customer at The Bellagio it would of been an immediate termination. I sat at the bar in front of the machine that chills the martini glasses and ordered a coke. The bartender came to the machine to chill a glass which was directly in front of me. He held the lever down on the chill machine and tilted the glass on purpose so the chilled steam was shooting all over me for about 30 seconds. I asked him his name and he said Bob. I told him that was very rude and about that time James had come over and said 'Oh, Bob you got her all wet. The were laughing and James starting making the sounds of a baby crying. I said what is your guys problem. I think they were mad because I took the very last seat available on the bar and just ordered a coke so they probably thought they weren't going to make any tips from me.I said so your name is Bob and your name is James. Thank you. Then they said Oh, she is going to go tell on us... They were both laughing and said. Oh, were so scared. She is telling on us. Take a look at the cameras and you will see the exact story I just told you. Bob, I am telling you this story because if I owned a restaurant I would want to know so it never happens again. And, it isnt very good advertisement for such a small...

Had a weird experience here. Our bartender was extremely rude and cold. I also thought this was a full bar and it's not. They will only make drinks off the menu.

We tried to order a simple classic daiquiri served up, and were told the bar "doesn't do daiquiris". When we asked for clarification on why they couldn't make it we were told to talk to the manager. To be clear they have lime juice, rum, and simple syrup at the bar. They also serve other drinks "up" and are clear about what that means. They also offer over ten runs in the menu!

We didn't want to talk to the manager so we decided to order a well old fashioned instead and were really disappointed with the quality. It was very pithy and bitter and just generally not made well.

We wanted to try another drink with some of their unique tequilas on the menu, but at no point did our waiter come over again and check on us, ask how our drink was, or engage us in any way. In fact, he appeared to be blatantly ignoring us. We decided just to leave instead.

If you are looking for well made craft cocktails, looks elsewhere. It is unfortunate because the other bartender on staff that was not serving our side of the bar looked amazing and was very engaged with...

DELISH COCKTAILS. However, they run about $10-12 a drink. You have to go to the back of the building to enter, which you can almost miss. Very cool on the inside, it had a very early prohibition feel to it as there were no windows and you enter through the back of the building. The lights inside made it neat.... lot of red. There were TVs hanging on the walls that were playing retro looking music videos, kind of hipster videos. the drinks were all very good and everything as far as the juices we were told is made in house. You could really tell the difference between this drink and a drink made with not natural ingredients. The staff was very friendly and we're up to answering any questions. We got the Tej and the Mexican mule, both very cool drinks! 10/10 recommend trying once. It is also very close to downtown so there is a lot of places around it. Not sure about a happy hour... Not sure they have one at a...

The Point Bar & Lounge in Prescott is an absolute gem, especially if you're into places with a speakeasy vibe. Tucked away with an entrance through the alley, this hidden bar offers a cozy, vintage ambiance with an impressive selection of craft cocktails. The decor is stylish and gives off a relaxed, intimate atmosphere that feels worlds away from the typical bars on Whiskey Row. One of the standout features here is their extensive cocktail menu, which includes unique concoctions like the "Spicy Bison" and the classic "Old-Fashioned," all mixed to perfection by talented bartenders. They also have a fantastic selection of whiskeys, making this a great stop for whiskey enthusiasts. Whether you're looking to unwind or want to enjoy a night out with friends, The Point delivers a top-tier experience in both drinks and service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Prescott!

This bar is amazing. Super chill and the staff is super nice! I ordered the Death Flip… because I’m not afraid of a challenge. And was warned that it was the “most returned drink” that they sold but I surprisingly really loved it. Brandy was our server and outside of the death flip I left her in charge of all of my cocktails. I let her pick everything I had to drink and everything was absolutely amazing. I ended up with the Açaí Drop Martini, Key Lime Pie Martini, and the Ginger Basil Martini and everything was absolutely delicious. Our group of four came here as a couples get away and this bar was absolutely perfect. It wasn’t to loud but it was fun and we felt very welcome. I cannot wait to come back here next time I am in town. Brandy, thank you so much for making this visit so much fun! Everything you recommended was amazing and I’m so happy you were are server

I have been here a few times and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always good looking and incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Im glad the drinks are so pricey because it really forces you to slow down and savor them, because they are so yummy you just want to chug them. They make the best Amaretto Sour I've ever had, with the raw egg and a beautiful frothy top. Best seat in the house is definitely at the bar. How they prepare drinks is an art form. Went here on a slow day once and watched the bartender chipping the ice blocks by hand. He told me that they only use liquors and mixes that don't have any artificial dyes, which I adore. They really think about all the small details. The booze soaked cherry on top is just devine. This is one of my favorite places to take people that aren't from around here or who have just never been.
