On March 5th i purchased a "Oxbar X Pod Juice Magic Maze 2.0 Disposable Vape | 30k Puffs Zodiac edition" i opened it the next day and everything seemed fine, good flavor it hit well felt like a quality product but the next day it randomly stopped working, the battery was fully charged the juice level still at 70% but it quit working entirely, i tried to troubleshoot on Google and discovered these particular model can be problematic, when I went to exchange/return it i was told that they have a 24 hour return policy and the best they could do was give me a 20% off discount for a new one, the staff was very friendly and tried to help but they referred me to the "24 hour return policy" so there wasn't anything they could do so I'm burnt and had to take the L on it.. I'm a loyal customer i don't go anywhere else since i moved to Prescott over a year ago and i feel like i should have at least been able to exchange it, like I said the staff was super apologetic and helpful but i still left empty handed, I've never had a problem with any other products and generally it's always a positive experience every time I go in but this really rubs me the wrong way, I'm a good customer i never complain or try to return anything if i get a dry ass wrap or something that's how it goes sometimes but I'm out 20+ bucks and left empty handed so that's pretty discouraging I'm not going to give this place my hard earned dollars anymore and if you buy something hopefully it breaks within the "24 hour window" and you...

Recently I went into the shop. I had purchased over 200.00 in disposables one of them was faulty they could of cared less . They didn't offer me a replacement I was ignored. .I enjoyed going there all the employees were nice and helpful .Untill I came across GIGI! She was absolutely rude to me had a bad attitude for no reason. I won't stand for that. My family and friends go there but not anymore. It's sad that one person has to ruin it. I will be spreading the word in how I was treated. There prices are high but the only vape shop that had what I needed. I will now be going to a different vape shop. Across town. No one should ever be treated like trash. Definitely would not recommend...

Both employees were super friendly and knowledgeable! I received great assistance from both of them! They both seemed very happy at their jobs. Nice looking young men. It was an enjoyable experience. New to vaping, this being the 2nd time I've been in a store like this, it was much larger than the other store I visited. Larger selection. More options for juices and the devices/replacement parts.
