Toyful — Local services in Prescott

We were visiting from Phoenix. Another local shop recommended we checkout toyful with our 5 year old daughter. Toy stores today typically disappoint me with a lot of cheap, mass produced junk. Toyful felt curated with hand selected toys all around. Our daughter loves music and there were so many music related toys and instruments. Incredible puzzles and models.

I'm 41 and felt like a kid all over again. We spent forever inside, looking and playing with so many things. What a magical experience. The owner was such a great guy. Wonderful selection of classic toys! Toyful offers a well-curated collection of both modern inventions and timeless favorites, with very few electronics in sight. Maybe "classic" isn't the right word... "Analog"? "Kinetic"? You know: yo-yos, Rubik's Cubes, puzzles, brain teasers, juggling, kites, marbles, magnets, and magic. It's the kind of shop I miss from my own childhood; I felt like a kid again for a few minutes. I was only here briefly on vacation, but Toyful will be a must-visit when I'm in the area again. My kids were completely enchanted and didn’t want to leave… and honestly, neither did I! They had so many incredible toys, including classic treasures from my own childhood that brought back so many memories.
