My husband is a disabled military veteran is why I was so mad. Sending him back and forth. Up and down. Playing games with coffee with my husband. I wrote her name down and I can't find it but she knows who she is. I told her just refund it because she didn't even know what was going on. But she charges him.....
I have to change and update review. I love Starbucks coffee. I love the store... But there is a manager who didn't know her place and makes me want to call cooperate. One day I send my husband to get my drink. He comes back and there's caramels up and down the cup the drink was beautiful! Perfect in fact. Next day he goes to get another one and not so beautiful. He told them I don't think this is right. She sent him home. Had me call them and tell them the difference from the day before and they told him to bring it back and they'd fix it. So he goes back. By the time he goes back the person he talked to isn't available and the manager told him she's charging him. That's when I get upset. I told her he has been there. Y'all sent him home said come back and your going to charge him even though he was told if it was wrong they'd refund and gift card him. But she charges him for "extra caramel". She said the employee made it wrong the other day. I'd expect a manager to say "we can make it that way this time but in the future remember it doesn't come this way." But she charges my husband.
Do you guys not realize customers watch y'all just throw drinks away. Just throw food away and you want to charge him...

So as a customer, I try really hard to be patient with those working behind the counter, especially since ive been there. Today I went in and ordered one of their expensive drinks, deciding to treat myself. I know how this drink should be made and when it is not made correctly. Once I received my drink order , I noticed there were clumps of drink product that had sunken to the bottom and the drink was made poorly. I KINDLY brought it to the attention of the Barista and instead of apologizing for the lack of effort put into the drink and offering to remake it properly, I was given nothing attitude and was told to just stir the drink I had paid all this money for. Good customer service is admitting you made a mistake and offering to correct the problem to the best of your ability, especially when you know you've made a mistake and the customer very calmly and politely request the drink to be made correctly. Apparently good customer service is not at the top of Starbucks list and should really make it a priority because there are other places to get fine quality drink products these days. Please fix the customer service problem before...

The food is often cold or lukewarm instead of being warmed as ordered. They frequently are out of items. The mobile ordering works different at this location than others in the area and often has a 20-25 minute wait. Often the cashiers lack a smile or personality and today when there was confusion on mobile ordering and picking up at the drive thru (because this location āpulls tickets differently than the location 10 miles up the roadā), I was left waiting, longer than anyone else in the drive thru. Customer service excellence would be ensuring you correct the issue on the spot and not inconvenience your customer because of inconsistency with your company. Instead, 6 drive thru customers behind me were helped before me when I ordered before them. This cost me 10 minutes of my day, 10 minutes I didnāt have. I spend a ridiculous amount of money at Starbucks monthly and often gift my stars to the cars behind me in the drive thru. After today, Iām second guessing why I even bother supporting this...
