MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

Food is great, just gave 3 stars because of customer service. Ordered a "Tristan", when I got it, it was missing pesto sauce. Went to the counter and asked for some and got an "oh we're out". I asked why I wasn't told when I ordered it as the Tristan is completely dry other than pesto sauce. He didn't have an answer. I had to ask if there was something else or a recommendation they could give so it wasn't dry. He showed me the list of sauces but no recommendation. Would have given 5 stars if it weren't for all this. Why wasn't I told at the beginning? If that person didn't know then why did THE LAST person just hand me my box without telling me or offering another sauce instead? It's basic customer service. We have been to the Mod pizza place across the bridge. So while staying in Prince Frederick figured we try this one out! Friendly, pleasant hard working staff. We ordered on line, be careful when doing so we accidentally picked spicy sauce on one of the pizzas and boy was it spicy hot! Likely we had had two other pizzas enough for the three of us! Tried the mega pizza with thicker crust all were good! I like the fact that you can choose your toppings and how much toppings you want at no extra charge! I always come to MOD pizza and recommend to everyone, but today March 14 2023 I had a very bad service, I will never come to this location again. The manager had bad actitud with the employees and with me. They destroyed the pizza did not informed about it and I had to ask twice and the manager yelled at me that it was because too much ingredients, but I get the same pizza every time, I didn’t have a problem reordering the pizza, the problem was her bad actitud and customer service.
