A nautical-themed bar on Ives St, Captain’s Seaweeds is a fun little bar. It has some elements of a dive bar, but I wouldn’t really call it that. While they do have a pool table and fairly cheap beer, imbibers are generally from around the neighborhood, not really the typical dive bar crowd. I mean, there was a group playing with Beyblades when we came. They don’t serve food, but there are a couple good options nearby and they’ll let you bring in takeout. We haven't explored the outside because its freezing weather. Loved it and wish i lived closer to go back more often. MAY VISIT: We went back again for cinco de mayo which was a really warm day so we got to finally sit outside. We had an even better experience than the first time! Low key, friendly people. Fantastic theme outside; I felt like I was on the beach on vacation. More than happy with this place. You need to go and check...

Deff a good place to meet a friend for a drink and a game of pool. A plus dive bar on...
