Dunkin' — Restaurant in Providence

I get Vanilla Chias on the reg. This is the second time I got it from this dunkin and it was half full lol. I know there is foam at the top but maybe an inch at the top of that so there’s no excuse for this. Plus my donuts were all squished and one of them even looked cut! I’m bringing these donuts to work, my co-workers were dying when they saw them! It’s embarrassing! Last time I come here. Not to mention the girl who handed them to me at the window was the most miserable looking person I’ve seen to date at a dunkin drive thru. People have there days I get it but you gta atleast try and smile lol. I said have a good day to her and she looked at me like I just threw one of those half frosted squished donuts at her face. Asked for french vanilla at drive thru. Was put thru on the screen as vanilla shot so i said “not that one the french vanilla swirl” because obviously fv is a swirl right and she told me “oh well u need to specify that” i did obviously because i was still placing my order in that moment in time so i specified she messed up my order your employees need hearing checkups and behavior evaluations because i just wanted to make sure my coffee wasn’t messed up. Then proceeded to put the shot in my drink anyways so i cant drink it as it was leaking all over the cup and the lid was on wrong too. and not that its a huge deal but my avocado toast was put in a mini munchkin box so crumbs everywhere. Idk if it was Kaylee but thats what my receipt says 1/29/23 at 10:31am order # 8302....

This Dunkin’ Donuts is absolutely terrible. I lived in providence for 4 years and never had a decent cup of coffee. They don’t know how to make drinks at all. Everything is disgusting and watered down. I came back this weekend to visit friends, on my way home I gave it another try thinking maybe after a couple months they would have new and trained staff. So I asked for an iced French vanilla cappuccino with a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel. I received a cup of CRUSHED ICE TO THE TOP with straight MILK and a cold bagel. I’m never giving this place business again and highly recommend other customers to avoid this restaurant...
