Sapphire — Restaurant in Providence

Almost didn't want to post this because Sapphire was such a good find. This place puts out some really good vibes.

Let's start with the Bartender, Melissa. She makes an incredible drink and really knows her stuff. A friend asked for a mock-tail and was really blown away by the concoction she brewed up. The Melissa's Assignment is my go-to for sure. Something she came up with on her own!

They have some delicious Tapas on the menu, I had the Patatas Bravas and the Sliders. Both great, the Romesco aioli was a great addition. They also partner with the liquor store next door (Uncorked) for wine tastings, and then will prepare a menu to pair food items with the wines from the tasting. Well...

Such a great experience! Located right in the jewelry district “sapphire” the gem we all love. The cocktails were made with love. I had the Paloma made with fresh watermelon, espresso martini and a drink called El diablo(side note i asked for it extra spicy). The vibes of this place is definitely relaxing great for evening cocktails. I had the opportunity to eat pulled pork tacos and patatas bravas(potato wedges) both was very good and seasoned to perfection. The chef is passionate and lets just say the menu will always keep you on your toes...

My favorite bar in Providence right now, no competition. Melissa, the owner and bartender, makes fantastic, creative cocktails with high quality ingredients. The aesthetics inside are classy enough for a casual date, chill enough for an after-work drink, and trendy enough for a cute photo. I'm eager to make use of the patio now that the weather is warming up. I'm excited to see how this...
