Providence G Apartments — Local services in Providence

One of my favorite places in Providence!! Not only do we love the GPub and the rooftop for a night out, we actually just got married here last Friday!

When my fiance and I got engaged we looked at many venues. Compared to everything we looked at through Connecticut, Rhode Island, Mass, and NH, the G was by far the best in value and vibe.

We had our ceremony and cocktail hour on the rooftop, did the reception in the gorgeous ballroom, and then an after-party at the GPub. We were allowed to bring our own touches like games, decorations, etc and it was all set up by their fantastic team perfectly.

Every single moment of that day could not have been more perfect. The day of coordinators did a FANTASTIC job of setting everything up and helping us throughout the day- legit heroes. As a bride, you fear not being fully present during your special day, but they allowed us to be fully present since they were so diligent and caring. The venue itself is just SO fun. Parking was easy for our guests, front desk is super helpful, and the roof is one of our favorite spots (you have the full cityscape of Prov in your photos!) On top of it, the food was perfect, the caters and vendors all knew the space well so that went smoothly, and the vibe was just perfect.

Where do I start on the Providence G! I used to live in a beautiful 1B1B in the building. From the jump the maitenance team was always so quick to turn my problems into solutions. The amenities that were promised never failed to impress me. As for the restaurants, there is three located in the building, and they are all absolutely delectable! The leasing agent Gabby was so helpful along the way to completing my applications, and very informational when I toured the available units. And the front desk staff are always so excited to welcome new people along with familiar faces, and even quick to help with any questions or issues. Rented here for years. Black mold grows from the HVAC systems seasonally, destroying furniture, and they aim it’s regular. The windows are sealed and the oven fans are broken … but they charge you $500 for smoke alarms going off. AC doesn’t work and puts the temperature over 80 degrees a few days a week (this has been going on consistently for years). Laundry room has 5 units serving 5 floors of housing, 2 of which have been broken for years.

Ownership has no remorse and is raising rents without resolving these issues they’ve had for years and years. And it’s the most expensive rental in PVD.
