I decided to stop by to get 2 drinks for my friend and I. However, I noticed that there were only 3 staff members. While I was ordering my drinks, 2 of the employees told the cashier that they were heading out to leave, which meant that she would be all alone. However, that didn't stop her from getting the job done. As I was done ordering, I noticed she was making my drinks but there were also 2 customers waiting. I decided to tell the young lady I had no rush and to not worry about my drinks, to take care of the rest of the customers. While I was waiting, I noticed she ran out of syrups/supplies and the place was somewhat messy. I did see her go back and forth to get some items. I decided to wait till there were no customers and asked her for her name and if she was going to close all by herself. She stated "yes" and I felt horrible. I usually never do reviews but I am only doing this review to applaud Gabby for her hard work and good customer service even though it was very unprofessional that the other employees left their shift without at least restocking or helping out. Read moreAt 7:40pm on August 2nd at this starbucks we arrived while there was one person ahead of us in line. While we waited for a person to take our order we waited around 10 minutes to finally get ahead in line. Right as we were stepping up to the counter at 7:50pm the lady goes “we are not taking orders anymore”. Politely we stated that we should have been notified before we waited in line and reminded them that the store was not closed yet. The other employee then stated that they were training another lady. However that statement has nothing to do with the fact that they allowed people to wait in line believing that they were going to take their order. As we walked away, the employee yells to us “why are you so immature”. This was very rude to say not only as a service worker but a person. We weren’t being rude in any manner but instead insisting that they put a sign up the next time they decided that the store closed early because there was a line of people waiting regardless. Read moreI stopped by this Starbucks last Tuesday around 9 AM and had a great experience. The store was spotless, and I loved the cozy atmosphere for a quick coffee break. My barista, was incredibly friendly and efficient she remembered my complicated order perfectly and even shared a genuine smile. The drink itself was delicious and exactly what I needed to start my day. I'd highly recommend this location to anyone in the area looking for fast service and a welcoming environment! And the manager Mrs. Taylor, at this Starbucks location is fantastic because the entire store runs like a well-oiled machine.
